TBCU Mobile Banking

App will not re register a finger print. Acts like it does but returns failed log in next one it's attempted. As for TBCU. I have sent in deposits to savings account so I can transfer to pay my loan account to avoid transaction fees that have resulted in a call asking what I want done with the Money, applying the deposit directly to the loan account which was more than the payment due and 1 time successfully being deposited in savings. They even charge a fee if you pay in person at branch. Avoid

This app takes forever to load and tells me my username and password and incorrect even though they are correct! And my fingerprint is not working for the app. It works for the other apps on my phone just not this one. Like why! Ikeep trying to log in and it locks me out of my own freaking account. I have to forcfully call the bank or go up there to talk to a teller. Its very annoying and stressful. Really needs an UPDATE!! Help

When it works, it works for what I need, however I am constantly struggling with it to work correctly. Today, I can't log in at all. On a usual day, I have to hit the submit button at least 5 times before it works. Clearly an update or overhaul is needed. A banking app should be flawless & easy to use- definitely NOT my experience with this app.

I'm having issues seeing my account information on the app. It's been going on for a while now. Even when I uninstalled and installed it again, it still dont work

This app has been completely useless. I am unable to get into my account on the app although my account and password are correct.

I like it but fingerprint scanner isn't working anymore tried uninstalling and reinstalling and still doesn't work wish it would get fixed

I been having trouble to pay my bills with this app for a while I already uninstalled and installed it and it still does the same thing.

Fingerprint login not working tells me successful fingerprint recognized but then says error incorrect password, will be locked out after 5 attempts.

Crashes and blank screens too often. Log in fails 2 out of 3 times.

Could someone fix the fingerprint login please?? Haven't worked since the last update!

Crashes... no balance notifications... bill pay doesn't work well...

just open an account with texas bay and I cant even see my account it gives me an error right off the bat.

I'm using my correct login and I still can't get in unless I go into the website. I'm going to delete it because it's useless

this app isn't all it says to be it has kinks and need some work and then maybe just maybe it could be helpful 😕

For a few month now I've had issues with the app. I enjoyed the mobile deposit feature and now I can't get past the login page. I uninstalled the app for a bit and reinstalled about a month later. I'm not the only one having this issue. Most of the family banks with TBCU and are having the same app issue. We all have different phones as well, and we tried connecting on both the provider network and home wifi without resolution. Please fix the issue.

I have NEVER been able to log into the app. I have had a password reset so many times and it doesn't help. After I answer my own security questions that i literally just set up, it kicks me out saying my ID is invalid. FIX THIS! GET IT TOGETHER! I rely heavily on my mobile banking app, and you guys aren't delivering one that works properly.

Please fix the app ASAP! I'm not sure if it's just not working on android or what cause on an iPhone it works.. It goes blank after the log in, won't even let me put in my password. Really frustrating and ridiculous. Been doing this for days now... Please fix!
