The app really sucks it's always crashing I'm at the point where I will be definitely looking into another factoring company no need in paying to always having problems
I like the app it's way more convenient than login online to do credit checks and view your account. Could be a little better when submitting loads. For 1 being able to retake a scan without saving going back in deleting then retake the scan. Its aggravating when you dont get a good scan.
It constantly freezes up when trying to input load info. I thought it was my phone messing up so i bought a new phone after reinstalling it several times to see if it fixed the issue. However, it is still doing the same on my new phone.
An absolute nightmare. Who designed this thing. No option to upload pdfs. You have to print, then scan your bols and cons WHY? This is stupid. Let me get this straight: I have a superior pdf file you want me to print it and then scan it as a JPG. Really? You can't enter the schedule electronically HOW STUPID IS THIS??? YOU WANT ME TO FILL A TABLE AND THEN TAKE A PHOTO OF IT.. This isn't the middle ages. It crashes every minute above everything else. You cannot go back after you scanned a page
I am not able to sign in on app. I get an error even when trying to view as desktop site and I have an android phone. Please try to troubleshoot and fix the issue. I have Uninstalled and installed it frequently and that doesn't work.
App was working fine until update. Now I cant upload my rate con in pdf file. It wont let.me submit it even if I manage to upload rate con through photo. I have reached out to customer service multiple times and they were no help. I keep telling you guy its not my phone is your damn app. Fix this asap. It's real annoying
Logged in then the terms and conditions never end poping up , can't do nothing with this app , plus tbs has a lack of sending invoices out correctly, now i need to look for someone else to factor with. ! Waiting for 3 days now to get my last invoice processed
It always has a network connectivity issue. You have to reinstall it multiple times. Exhibit B does not work half the time It will hang up on submission of documents
Terrible can't log in
App freezes. I've reinstall many times. Tried on both wifi and data still freezes. Very inconvenient. I haven't received any clear answers of problem

Experience has been horrid. Can't ever log in and when I do it has "network connectivity " issues of which it can't be otherwise my other apps would be faulty as well.
App keeps crashing when uploading Ratesheets and Bols its very annoying thought the problem would of been fixed by now but it's gotten even worst now.
Always crashing, constantly saying network error. The app runs about as smooth as the company itself.
App is horrible!! Keeps logging me out. The worst is that it logs you out right you're almost done!! I thought it might be my phone, but reading other comments I realize I'm not the only one.
This app is horrible. It is always crashing. When you try to contact TBS, they consistently denied the issue. I do not recommend this app to anyone.
App is froze on sign in screen. Unable to get ahold of anyone in support. And having trouble submitting schedules on website so I am unable to factor loads.
Terrible experience using this app. It never works. Dashboard keeps loading. Has to force stop constantly.
Horrible Horrible app, TBS you really need to work better on this app. It keeps asking me to accept Uses and Policies every 3 to 5 seconds, even though I I Uninstall and reinstall it.

It disconect and log off al the time. Really hard to send the schedule B sometime I have to do it like 3 times.

I'm a brand new customer and I can't even get past the terms of service. It keeps popping up even after I check the box. I hope this isn't a sign of things to come.

This app works fine. I realize if I uploaded more then 4 pics, on the 5th one it will log me out. But, Overall this app is everything it says it is. No complaints coming from this company!!
