TBS: The Benefit Solution

Poorly designed app with very little thought given. Utterly useless. Why? Cause after installing it, you'll be viewing your benefits in a separate browser, NOT ON THE APP ITSELF. UGH *FACEPALM*

This app just doesn't work. Ironically the home screen only contains a single message claiming to be a "one stop shop for all your benefit needs". There is nothing else. Only a drop down to log out and access personal details. I have uninstalled the app and tried again, but to no avail. Pity, it would have been great to access my pension details on the phone.

Doesn't work at all, just loops on the login screen

The app mostly works. Log in wouldn't work as I needed to go on the browser from my work account and log in. I needed to change my password. Now it's changed, it works. Not all the features within the app work.

Stopped working. I'm trying to log in and it just goes in loops asking me to re-enter my password. I tried with fingerprint- the same. I can't access anything. I hope it gets fixed coz I can see from other comment its since last year.

What is this PIN that is asked after typing the correct password??? No option to unsend/cancel submitted claims? How do we edit and upload new documents like prescriptions on the existing/already submitted claims.

Can't paste passwords. Can't use a password manager (which is better for security than answering 5 questions like mother's maiden name and name of first pet. Obviously they don't follow security news). Can't select a file other than an image (ie a scanned document in pdf cannot be used as proof). Please update your app to comply with basic things.

Very fast response and easy to used

Awful app. Fails to log in each and every time, when entering the username and password. If I use a password manager, the app just crashes. This app (from ehat I can tell) looks like it was built sometime ago. Save your time and just use the website from your provider.

I keep trying to login, but stuck at the login page. I give up using the app., Not knowing why i cannot login in successfully, as i know that the password is correct. I switch over to use a bowser to login. Immediately, it prompt that my password has expired. Sigh...

poor app, you set it up with bio sign in, state you only need to enter your details once and use your fingerprint then on... then you update the app and it loses that setting. then to get back in it asks for security questions that are blank that you haven't ever prompted to be setup...so you cannot reset your pwd.

Horrid, disastrous app. Security doesn't work and fails to recognise my personal details when trying to reset, with no help option. Very poorly designed app. Don't bother. Needs a lot of work.

Can you make it more user friendly and make it easier for user to change the password?

Would give zero if I could. Slow, doesn't accept password which I know is right, and won't let me reset my password as its requesting answers to security questions I didn't set answers to (I did 5 and it requested 2 I didn't set). Had more fun at the dentist!

Totally shocking app! Really slow to navigate and now can't even log on! This is by far the worst app I've ever used! Considering this is your life savings your trying to access and control this should be up to the job! Don't even bother downloading the app as it's a complete waste of time!!

Awful app. Security questions and password have been set. However when trying to log in on the App message states details are incorrect when not. Tried forgotten password process and asked specific security questions that had not been set up.

Like a previous poster this has stopped working, after inputting the password it says loading then just shows the login page again with the password removed. Please fix it this is how I view/manage my pension.

The app just stays stuck on the login page. You just get a spinning loading wheel, then removes the password you entered and doesn't log you in

Terrible, worked okish on my old phone, slow loading pages etc. Got a new phone and can't even get logged on. Telling me account is locked to contact customer services but no link to them at all. Very poor user design and login assistance if you forget password etc.

Incredibly unstable. Crashes constantly. Set up fingerprint login, but app prompts for fingerprint then asks for password as well. Not impressed.

Useless. App resets itself so you get locked out and the app support team can't do anything to help. Waste of time

Can only see general statements - not my benefits! When I click on "Benefit Statement", it says "error - unable to load benefit matrix". Is this not the whole point of an app like this? When are you going to fix it??

Terrible app Doesn't recognise my login details and the security questions asked are not What was set! No way to speak to someone about resolving issues. No responses on these reviews either, clearly not seen as an requirement to act to fix any issues. Extremely disappointed!

This App was sold as a key benefit to my employer pension plan. In reality it's a huge disappointment - I'm unable to see the balance of my pension, transactions or gain/loss. Go back to the drawing board Aon - Standard Life have got the right idea

Terrible app, doesn't have correct figures for my pension, way off. Should be so much simpler to change the amount you want to pay into it each month. Takes you online for everything so what's the point in the app?

It is a wonderful application. I am using it past many years, Graphic designs in it are really awesome plus much more convenient to use it. I reccomend to use it to every one.

I think I could get into prison easier then get into my account. No way to reset password or find out account details. Without knowing information that has never given before.

Not fit for purpose. Can't login despite entering correct user name and password. Other reviews saying the same. We can't all be wrong.
