Once you learn how to use version 18 it is great. What I really like is to be able to scan watch lists on the fly and move new stocks into watch lists. It is very robust and powerful. Now that version 20 is on my computer, the app no longer works. Earlier versions you could use the app and computer at the same time. I am very disappointed at this since I have been using this program since 1994. Someone needs to correct this.
This app needs a big update, including features that can compete with thinkORswim, tradestation, or webull. This app is clunky and lacks basic chart features. At least I can get to my scans which adds value to me mid week... Desktop app is my go to, it is the best for what I do and Im happy to pay for it. I'm hopeful that this team can create an update that will make this app more relevant. Can only go up from here! (chart timeout to slow error is the most frustrating)
Extremely under featured; to call it basic would imply that this app offers more than it does. Do you have certain indicators and/or chart styles you like? Forget it, unless you happen to like one of the eight obscure layouts they offer. Information at the top of the chart is covered by other things on-screen. No fundamental info, no tools, it's nothing but a watchlist. Why would I ever use this app? Why would I ever use TC2000 on any platform, if this is the quality software they produce?
Phone interface is embarrassing. Slow brick like design basically impossible to use for trading. look at webull if yiu want to see what a great phone interface is.i would like to use this instead of webull because its a better service but i cant even trade from a phone on this platform. We live in 2022 nor 1990 the phones are well capable of handling a trading app especially with 5g network please make an app that doesnt look like it was made by bill gates back in 1994
It says: Chart loading is slow, check network conditions then Chart timeout, check network conditions. I know my data is slow 128 Kbps 😭 but it should be enough to load charts. Please optimize the app more please for slower internet users. I cannot load charts very good.
This is an excellent companion to the desktop. I can see my custom layouts, watchlists and scans which were built on the desktop. Thanks for a great app for small screens.
Incredibly limited in what you can do. Some of my custom workspaces aren't appearing, can't add indicators, can't even change chart settings, etc. Incredibly useless other then checking your p/l. Use thinkorswim's app to do any charting.
keeps crashing. no option to stay logged in and need to type password and user constantly due to crashing. I live the desktop version and been using it for years, but this app is a waste of time
There is a 10 sec time delay. The second only advance every 10 seconds. Other than that a very useful app. It didnt happen before. It just started happening recently.
Last updated in 2018. Really. This thing is buggy as all hell. I won't even go into the myriad of faults the app has. It's almost useless other than getting a generalized view of my accounts.
Ive used desktop version of TC2000 since 1998 and it gets better with each update...FWIW this is best charting platform value thats out there!! TC2k may I suggest some updating for the mobile app to include modifying charts please!!!
only to look at your current stocks, lists, positions, cant modify, cant do anything but look through pre-set graphs, near useless comparing to the real TC2000
Crashes all the time. Cannot enter when trying to press watch lists. Logs me out randomly. Lack of flexibility to do mich in the app
Love the desktop version but believe the company shouldn't even have mobile app available- by far the worst trading app from many dozen I have used before with very little capability and crashing more than commodore 64. Apsolute disgrace- ratings would go up if they would just shut it down
This app is showing wrong information because it's presenting a delayed of fifteen minutes, then it isn't real. Could you please help us? I have already sent a message before but this problem hasn't been resolved.
Returned to Tc 2000 used it years ago , a pioneer of charting always my only gripe is no point & figure charts , point & figure are the way to go , but I respect the fact its not their cup of tea .
I put my email to reset password bout never received the link. I do not see how to add mobile indicators ...I do not see how to customize the candlesticks...please fix the bugs
Not very impressive, keeps telling me I've been logged into a different computer and logs me out of the app. 😔
The app needs an update. It really needs an update. It's lagging. The desktop version is great.
This used to be my favorite app. Now they delayed the charts by 15 minutes. What good does 15 minute old data provide? I'm deleting the app.
I used to love this app but now you delay big boards like AMZN?! It's bad enough that penny stocks are delayed. Uninstalling and switching.
App intrrface is clunky and is hard to use. Need to update and catch up with other broker apps like robinhood

Stops working. Asks for your email. Never works again after you've provided your email to someone. Bummer. Sounds like a scammer program.
Pure garbage. Half the time it doesn't work. The slowest server in the world

Basic and not comparable to Tradingview. It doesn't compare to their desktop application at all. I'd say the company is simply not interested in investing in the time and money it would take to get this app to the point where it is easier to use with some of the features that are built into their desktop version. Some things in this current version are simply stupid like having the price scale not work for stocks with prices over $1000 (it reads $1k between $1000 and $2000). Etc...
