Should carry over the price from the earlier screen onto the final screen. Once picked up, by taxi the price should be in LARGE letters taking up the entire screen to make it easy to confirm with the driver. App should send a Pdf receipt to your email address. Upon ride completion.
Excellent way to order a service, very accurate in terms of timing.

Easy to use but a big of a battery hog. Adding frequently used addresses is not very intuitive.

The ability to order based on the number of people is key.
Very handy and easy to use. Just wish there was a confirmation screen at the end because you're never quite sure the booking has been approved.
Installed/uninstalled/reinstalled several times & whenever I try to key in my phone number, the entire app crashes. Called customer service. They claim to be mystified @ my description of the problem, but based on the other reviews the same thing happens to lots of people. Im using a Galaxy SIII...it would be a great app if it worked. Oh yeah, all the drivers I've asked also claim they don't know what I'm talking about. Very disappointing.
A bit strange. It crashes when ever the number 7 is typed, anywhere in the application, not just the mobile number dialog, in the name or address boxes too. Weird. Language support is good. To get English, meer/settings (4th down) /taal
their app doesn't work for fare estimation. i called and they have given an estimate more than what Schiphol Taxi has given. Unnecessary, useless app and company.
Keeps crashing on Android and could not use to book a reservation. Though must say it worked perfect on old HTC a year back. So fix the bug to get 5 stars.
Sitting in the taxi ordered with the app. That all worked really well. Tip: need to be able to change reservation time in the app.
Used to work great, but after last update, it doesn't allow me to enter my mobile number (full app cash), and this is required to make the reservation... which renders the app totally useless!

Great app if it would work...App crashes 100% of the time when entering my phone number, so I'm unable to order a taxi. Using it on a Galaxy Note II.

Driver was right on time for pick up. Clean car, smooth ride, fair pricing (as quoted).I would use again.
