I've been using this app for years and I literally cannot live without it. Similar to the staff at Citizens Bank the app is user friendly, and provides me with everything I need including changing my address. Only downside is I can't open another account through the app LOL
App doesn't accurately display your account balance if there are any pending transactions. Takes a while to display pending transactions as well, so you never really know how much money you have. Never had this problem with the Charter app before Citizens acquired them.
the app is somewhat convenient. the only major problem that I have with this app is that I get a separate text with every transaction, instead of keeping them in the same conversation. I hate the many, many multiple texts.
Although this app is very very confidential, safe and scam protected, it is still user friendly. The fonts and colors work well with your eyes. This app opens really quick as well.
App works once in awhile. I have to use the browser on my phone most of the time. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, still works whenever it wants.
Never....and I mean never recognizes the last password. If I havent used it in the last few days I must always change my password. It is a real hassle.
Use it Everyday, I am a below the knee double amputee and can't drive yet and getting a ride anywhere is hard , app saves me from having to go to the bank in person
Love the convenience of being able to pay bills online. I don't understand why the app. Can't be used after hours or weekends?? That should be the biggest benefit of online banking!
After the latest updated it won't work. Even after I uninstalled, reinstalled and notifying the bank this app still will not work
Great app better than most bank apps
App never works... spoke to the bank several times to fix it. Same results everytime.
Some of the instructions are not clear. I always end up in the wrong place. It sometimes confuses me and I have to start over.
I am in love with this app. Everything works as it should!
it doesnt load most of the time now if you want to know what your balance is you have to go the the internet page unless it just happens to work that day

All options are great but the app takes forever to load my account or use any of the features

Won't download and the old app just takes you to the store to download the new app.
I appreciate the alerts sent to my email that they will be working on issues in the future. I know days ahead the site will be down for X amount of time.

Worked good til recently. Every update made it worse, now unusable.
Everything works as it should, never had any problems with the app.
not having access to my account for a week + now. My first review, they responded and told me it was fixed. I was able to log in once and bank. Now I am having further issues with an "Unknown Error". I am on an Samsung Galaxy S9+. Thank you for quick responses and all of the hard work over the holidays!
