Last update must've been botched because it won't even open now. I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times to no avail.

Really want to love this app but often takes several attempts for it to open. Frequently crashes

It's a little slow at times but this app works very well and is very useful.

App keeps saying it violates security policies and instantly closes please fix.

Latest update is absolutely useless for Android users. App crashes immediately upon opening and is no longer usable. This looks to have been an ongoing problem for a number of customers for a few months already, why has this not been fixed yet? Poor customer service indeed.

3 cell phones later this app still doesn't work and crashes everytime.

Very easy to bank using this app. Very convenient!

I am satisfied with the app however I only gave 4 stars for now I just used the deposit a check on the app and it says allow up to 2 business days which isn't convient for me and I didn't know it would or could take that long for it to actually be deposited but hopefully it won't really take 2 business days and if it doesn't I will change my rating to 5 stars.

I have been trying to log into my account and it keeps saying that the Mobile app is experiencing difficulties at this time and check my connection. Ugh this is so frustrating. Please fix this so that I can get on my online account and get some my bills taken care of.

This application crashes on launch with Android 12. I wrote an email to the devs weeks ago, giving them the exact change they needed to make in order to address this issue and still-yet no update has been made to fix this.

Uninstalled, reinstalled still don't open.

After my android updated I can no longer access this app. I use it to daily check my balance and manage my account. Please fix this asap. I need to be able to access my account.

I only give the app 4 stars because after my phone's latest update the app will no longer open, I use the app constantly for managing my savings and checking account so please fix this issue soon

Are we going to be getting a fix for this bug anytime soon? Can't open the app to check account and oddly enough that's the reason I have this app.

Will always be my only bank!!! If you see a problem they are quick to fix it as well!! The only bank I will ever use been with them since 2013!

My app worked great until they installed a new app which my phone will not recognize, unsatisfied.
