Despite it saying you get a free item would sign up. In reality, you get absolutely nothing but subpar yogurt. The QR scanner stays blurry the entire time so that it's almost impossible to scan. The app requires access to a whole bunch of unnecessary items in the phone, specifically because the version was developed for very, very old Androids. This app very heavily needs an update.

I haven't used the app in many months but I constantly update ally apps when available. Went to TCBY last week and my app wouldn't open at all. Just flashed and went to my home screen. Cashier offered 2 enter my points manually. I got home uninstalled and reinstalled, same thing. Looked at permissions but couldnt change anything. Just received an email that I have a $3 reward -guessing cashier entered my info. Just tried app and same problem. Just uninstalled and reinstalled now and same thing.

It needs an update cause it not compatible with my version of my android phone. Samsung note 10+

tried signing up at the store, and the sign-up process was impossible. couldn't read my credit card, needed to manually scroll through hundreds of months to set my birthday, and by the time i was done, my froyo was melted. make the sign-ups process easier.

When it was on my older android it was awesome. But now, it's having issues and that's not good at all. The developer needs to make some updates ASAP.

I can't receive rewards because the barcode isn't readable. I can't figure out a way to get the barcode on the web to print to use.

Awful, laggy (probably because it needs to be updated when none is available) I can look at a menu but can't order? Just expect more from this day and age

App needs to be updated. It won't work with my phone because it needs to be updated so I can't get rewards.

It has a bad way of picking date. If you're over ten years old get set to spend awhile getting to your date. That needs to be fixed right away. It wouldn't let me add a credit card. I tried twice and then gave up.

Awful app- Date picker won't let you type in date, then when navigate all the way back to 1958 won't hold that date. also app wouldn't find my loyalty information during lookup. Needs a lot of work.

To everyone who is confused about the date choosing option, just click on the year and you'll have the option to scroll through years

Obviously in the only one that thinks to touch the date bar to see if there's a better option...there is, you can scroll by year and then it takes you to the month of the year. App sends to work fine so far, I do like that you don't have to pay within their app to receive rewards.

I like this app, but it runs poorly on my galaxy note 8.

Lies. Advertises "first treat free," but Rewards section has no such offer.

Will not let you swipe for gift card. Also can't upload gift card to app.

Quick, simple, easy. Much easier than using the rewards card.
