I've never used the app, but it wouldn't let me get or set up a password. No instructions or help whatsoever! Uninstalled!

Well, at first it was okay. Then it wouldn't let me make deposits. Then it wouldn't let me into the account. Did I do something wrong or does the app just need major fixing?
It won't even let me set up my log in. Keeps telling me my information is wrong when it FOR SURE is not. Ridiculous...
