App is great, but trains are late. We reached almost 45 minutes late to Istanbul
It doesn't work properly after the update. It assumes that there is no internet connection with the server while everything else than that app is working fine!!
It doesn't open, I booked a ticket, couldn't travel to turkey so with app not opening can't change or cancel money wasted...poor website and app, avoid transactions
I can not see the search button, what a waist of time!! You add the cities, dates and the number of passengers, choose OW or RT then just stare at the screen because I can't click the search button. I can't resize the screen and can't go forward, what a waist for an app. The only time I can see the button is when I click the menu button on the top, but that doesn't do me any good. How am I supposed to buy tickets???
Is it possible for tourists to use this App and book a YHT in advance? Can English be made available for improved usability?
Why this application in only English. I couldn't find any menu on app to change its language settings to Turkish.

the system often gives error mesaage when you want to buy a ticket. there is nowhere which we can see the train times. you have to buy the ticket within 10 minutes otherwise it deletes every info you have entered. lot of basic English grammar mistakes!! are you serious? the app overall is not user friendly. regardless of which language you speak; the app is in english only. ha? yes.
This app is a real pain. No train map and really bad user experience. I'm looking for a way to get from A to B. But A does not exist in the app bc it is operated by "local companies". So I have to go to Wikipedia and find the next TCDD station (C). Then go to the app again retry search from C to B. But no routes, because there is no direct train from C to B. So back to wiki, find changing station myself (D). Search C to D, then D to B and so on. I'm a web-dev newbie but I can make this app.
App gives an error. As a monopolistic institution in TR it's completely unacceptable. You're a big disgrace and shame on you 👎👎👎
i loved the app until the 28th of january 2019. after that, i couldn't go in it anymore by giving me a internet error every time i tried to open the app. irritating... please fix it. i found this app really convenient. phone model is samsung galaxy s8

There is no making reservation. I suppose to say that when people selected any seat even who wouldn't like to buy the seat they block this seat unnecessarily. So that is a huge issue for people who have to buy ticket for emergency situations. And also another problem is we can't see until I go to pay the tickets price.

This application is a disgrace to Turkey. Where is the quality? It never works!! Turkey has a reliance on tourism yet this is the best that they can come up with for an interstate train app? Must have for riders of Turkish trains. Bookings are usually open up to 1 hour prior your train journey. Can store tickets In the past you could book whole sleeper room for yourself. Now, in 2020, it seems you have to book 2 beds if you want whole room.
It's as good as the person using it is, as good as gets, all the TCDD info you need YHT, Inter City Pullman, Regional it's all here with full times etc.

updates every week or two and they are forced upon you. Everytime you open the app for a quick reservation you need to update the app before you can proceed.
Very bad company and very unfriendly and rude stuff. I can't imagine how could a country like this attract tourists especially in the time of Corona with such a company.

If I had a chance, I would give 0 start for that application. Each time I check there is a seat till click it. After that either no seat or is under operation. You should improve your application also your train trip's frequency. Deman is too much frequency is not enough.
