Well this app is stupid and useless because you obviously have to have an account setup from the website page and there's no option to set up an account. All they give you is to go ahead and log in but you can't do that if you don't have an account set up with them pay your bill online..duuhh.
It glitches constantly. Double charging my card sometimes. Overdrawn bank account because of it. And TCEMC charges an extra $50.00 or so they say. Just like not cutting your power off when you have 3 kids and it's 30 degrees outside.
Wish it had a option to save a card so you don't have to type in the card info every time.
This app is USELESS could never get it to work. Can't even log in even though I have my account number.
No problems using with my prepaid acct. and a lot quicker than calling to make a payment
you must go to the home page and create a account or this app is useless they should really put a create a account place in this app
No good.. I wouldn't even give it 1 star.. Have trouble every time I try to use it..

The only issue I have is when I'm adding $ to my prepaid account. It always says there's an error refilling the account and then sends me another message instantly saying I've already added $ to the account and can't add anything else for 24 hours. Its inconvenient, but it doesn't stop me from being able to add money to my prepaid account. Much easier than calling or going there.
