TCF Bank Visa

Worked fine when I had fingerprint, then it wouldn't allow it and I had to put in my actual password. It said I was incorrect (I wasn't) but I made a new password and it let me log in. But as soon as I logged out and tried again I immediately got an error message with my new password saying it was incorrect. Remembered my 4 digit pass code and finally got back in but what a waste of time. And never found a way to make a travel notice, which was my intent before that whole runaround.

I paid my bill and credit card was for $3000. I were going to make my truck insurance payment which was $2,562 and card was not working I call them and they told me your credit limit is decreased $3000 to $1200. it was really really big surprise for me and I couldn't pay my truck insurance because of this cheep company credit card. highly recommend keep away from them they will give you card easily and will add a lot of surprises in future. be careful.

I've had the app for at least 2 years and now it won't even open up on my phone I uninstalled it and then reinstalled it and it still won't open up, I've restarted my phone and it still won't open up I can't even look at my account any more through this app... So dissapoint not sure how else I can go about getting my information and paying my bill

Don't know if the app updated or something. It was working fine the other day and now it says both my password protected home wifi and mobile data are not secure. No other app I have is having an issue. Also looks like their app for their actual bank stuff is doing the same thing.

3 NSF fees. I've had it with your bank period! You've ripped me off for the last time. You think its cute to deduct everything before doing my deposit so you can rack up NSF fees. I'll be closing my account friday morning after my direct deposit after being with your bank for several years. I'll be going to 360 checking completely digital and cutting off my prepaid credit card! You've been ripping me off for years and I won't let that happen ever again. Regular banks are going to be obsolete!!!

I like the convenience of the app, but it could use a little work. Whenever I make a payment, it should email me about it, like my Capital One app. I haven't had any issues, just trying to offer constructive criticism.

Having troubles with the App's functional status; involving app's claim my mobile telephone's a "rooted" device (not previously); therefore prohibiting my opening it as usual when desired by myself.

this app and even going into the page, always gives problems. Simple things to they need to fix this.

I'm not a fan of the new layout. To me its less organized than before the redesign.

RUN AWAY.. Do not trust bank of omaha on any levels. They are all crooks and cronies. They will kill your credit report and hit you with made up fees. Think about it.. this bank is associated with the people of Eron. If you don't believe me, check the complaints in the better business bureau.

Easy to use to check balance on card/s. Not sure what more you would need, no idea how people say its awful when you should only need to see your balance and pay it if necessary.
