Best I have Dealt with. May not be saying much. Except it say It worked without issue every time I have had a use for it. May I Suggest? There is no way some one can alter Aspect Ratio. Or Audio particular if the audio is out of Sync with the Video. It can be unpleasant. 4example it be like Watching a Bruce Lee Movie in the late 60's. Thank you for your consideration. Although I don't expect you to do anything with it. But your competition might. better Mouse Apo.
I installed the app and it does not recognize my tv even though the phone and tv are on the same network. I can't find any help or articles or support anywhere online so now I am just stuck not being able to use this. I am sure there is a fix but since no support seems to exist anywhere, I am stumped.
Could not get this app to sync and connect with the TV using Android 8. Totally useless, yet the LG apps are far easier and far more intuitive to connect with my LG appliances. Thumb's down to TCL for this one.
It doesn't work. It says to check for updates, but there are no updates available. Can't find the TV, can't find the network, completely useless until updated. I'm on a Samsung Galaxy s9+.
Omg TCL poor screen mirroring app you have here. B4 its okay for me even its always disconnected but now it wont connect at all to my phone what happen to your products. Fix this before you lose this brand of product.. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
Please add Hotspot connection mode mirroring... For some of us, the same phone we use for the mirroring is the same source of wireless internet connection for the smart TV(via Hotspot) so if we are to mirror via wifi router only, it'll not be possible
Will not connect to TV also says too old for android os I have a samsung S8 which is 3 or 4 years old when was the last update. All I get is invalid ssid checked and double checked network settings no luck.
Says app is too old for android version & to update. No update available. Says wifi is "unknown ssid" even though router is broadcasting ssid & both phone and TV wifi are functioning individually.
After spending almost a whole evening, entering numerous username and Password, at least 4 X, as well as resetting, etc, etc, I T D O E S N O T W O R K.......🤔 THANK YOU FOR THE EXPERIENCE, ANOTHER EXAMPLE OF MAKING ARTICLES AND APPS MORE AND MORE USER UNFRIENDLY....Only 1 answer, DELETE, DELETE, DELETE... and go somewhere else....🤔👎👎👎
Garbage. No workie. TCL series 6& Pixel 3. App "sees" the TV but nothing works. Set to same network, rebooted, restarted - NADA, nothing works. Waste of time. Seriously disappointed.
Useless, worked slightly better Fresh after installation, keeps on disconnecting. Really funny when u enter settings in order to connect your device, u connect it, than wen u ready and leave 'settings' u got disconnected e every single time
Very poor quality app. Use it to give basic controls to your TV to a smart hub and never touch it again.
One of worst casting app. Very unstable. With great difficulty could play one song. Video never played. God help the users if any.
Does not connect to TV on Android. my wife's iPhone version works well, but I have never been able to get this app to connect on my Note 8.
Does not discover my Roku TV when attempting to connect. This APP is useless and so this TCL television is not actually Alexa enabled as it claims.
Useless app, always prompt for WiFi connection though the TV has already been connected via Hotspot on the phone, completely useless & not functional
Didn't work at all. My TCL Roku TV didn't show up, even though my phone (Samsung S8) and TV are on the same network.

Does not work will not register my TV which is a TCL Roku. Developer has not responded to any reviews. Which means the developer has abandoned the app please remove from play store and replace
Keeps disconnecting from Tv whenever i press any button on app on 5g wifi. Didn't try 2.4 as it's pointless for me to connect it to slower wi-fi mode
The only thing that happens with this app is I keep getting a notice to check for updates. I do that and nothing happens it still doesn't work I'm fed up I quit
Pretty awful. It's so outdated on features, settings and GUi you could had believed it was made in North Korea inspired by Windows ME.

Bluetooth connection as well would be good too for using the remote feature
was working great until the app updated and now it disconnects and reconnects every two seconds
I get the feeling that more time was spent writing in the little "flick to cast" feature than making sure the app actually worked. I certainly spend more time clicking away the annoying popup than I do actually having a stable cast going. Settings are a joke. You can see if it's connected, literally nothing else. There are no settings, just a binary status check. The chance of successfully streaming a video file from your phone to your screen is about 10% on a good day.
