Chinese rubbish app only works once then you have to go through set-up again. Totally useless and a waste of money. Don't buy a tcl product.
This app has a somewhat confusing layout, moreover; it doesn't hook up to a TCL TV! This is very surprising to me. It is useless for my needs. It is for that reason that I am giving it 1 star.
I cannot find out my TCL TV, how to use this app for TV? M much confused. Very difficult and not customer friendly app.
Such a poor brand you are TCL. I had bought a TV it was given for repair. It's been three months TCL. I am getting false promises from your customer care . Your after sales service is poor. If I could give a 0 I would gave done that too. So pathetic service you have that a customer has to wait for longer years for your service.

Cannot connect Echo or Alexa to TV. This app. Is more for kitchen appliances. Need to do better. Would not recommend to friends to purchase TLC TV. Really useless. If i could rate 0 stars it would be ideal.
