Second Edit// 2.1.9 didn't fix this problem, only something about Facebook. // End edit. For my family, it works great. The only problem is that the Watchs battery doesn't last long. Not even a full day. No problems with the app or pairing or connecting family members.

App rarely recognises where the watch is, keeps telling me it is over 10 miles away when it is right next to me! Messages have all deleted from my app when we have sent a few, I have several notifications saying I have a message... but nothing when we look. Could be a great app and watch, but it's just not working :(

The watch and app used to be brilliant when we first got it. But now I have to have it permanently open and it doesn't give me notifications that I have a message. Don't even know if the SOS aspect works which renders the watch useless and will have to look to replace with another product. As I said it was a great up now a complete was of time.

I use this with an Vodafone watch and it works fine. I just wish the safe zone was a bit more flexible or could at least be smaller. Was put off by other bad reviews but maybe I've just got lucky but no problems so far. Sending messages to and from my 6 year old is perfect 👌

Works well for the most part: 1) Sometimes doesn't realise the watch is on/off. 2) Also, adding a Friend on the V-Watch will sometimes not show the Friend. Have to delete from the app and then re-add them. Apart from those, it's useful!

app & watch work great but I would like to be able to set 2 breaks in school day for both lunch breaks & not have a minimum of hour break & be able to reduce safe zone area. I would also like to b e able to set when alarm reminder sounds. I also don't l Iike that other users can edit my set alarms & reminders & school time

Watch is awesome but would like to be able to set times that the watch can make actual phone calls to family outside of an SOS call. It's great that the school setting works on some parts but needs to extend to family as well. Family members work and can't be being called all the time so I have had no choice but to remove them.

Worked well for a while then the app crashed and I had to reinstall it. I was then no longer administrator and cant reconnect to the watch. It is basically useless without the app. Tried to contact the app creator but got no reply.

This app is really bad. No updates either. On android s9 and s10 the menu gui is completely broken. The reminders and alarms are no use at all. Morning and afternoon not enoigh. No ability to send a simppe message to your kid via text. This should be possible. Im moving kids to the Spacetalk watch.

Changed my phone and didn't think about the watch before factory resetting my other device. I now no longer can pair with the watch as it states it's not the correct account. Not sure why its phone locked and doesn't use credentials, or Google for sign on. The watch is now worthless.

The latest update seems to not allow the app to run in the background, I've either a constant notification saying it's running or I force stop it and don't get notifications when my daughter calls or sends a message, please fix, note 10 plus

App was great but seems to have updated and logged me out of account and wont let me back in, have tried to reset password and wont recognize my email but if I try to sign up again says email is already being used. Very disappointed as I cant use the app to check on my son, watch still is working without app however.

The app keeps glitching. It tells me my daughter has left the safe zone but she will be standing next to me in our own house. And it will notify me of a message from her an i go to read it and its not there. I have to log out multiple times a day for it to work properly. And it also says she is offline while I have it in my hand with a full or half battery life. I think you need to update the software in this app an fix the glitches. It could mean the safety of kids lost or kidnapped

Horrendous experience with Vodafone tcl move watch. Only about 20% of messages sent or recieved seem to get through. App tells me I've got a new messge, then when you log in there's nothing there. Buggy and unreliable, which is not what you need when it's marketed as a child safety device. Will be requesting a refund of the watch.

Would be better if I didn't have to uninstall and reinstall the app every few days because new messages will not load. It's a shame that this is an ongoing issue that has not been dealt with yet. It makes connecting with your child incredibly frustrating.

No longer works to receive messages. And STILL isn't totally reliable and has some annoying issues, like a notification that constantly says "TCLMOVE is running" and can't be dismissed.

Couldnt be more annoyed with this app. Regularly logs me out or wont load. Tells me my daughter is walking the streets when shes sitting in class. Refuses me to send messages and has caused 2 situations become worse by messages not being received or app not loading. Having to pick up 2 hysterical children from school due to the app defeats the purpose of my having it. And now constant notifications about it not able to run in the back ground has pushed me over the edge.

I am not sure what is going on lately with this app, but it does not locate correctly my son, it is still telling me he is at home when he is on the playground for the past hour. Second, all the messages he is sending to me are coming with a huge delay (days not even hours), what is the reason for having it? Is there someone whom Vodafone even trying to fix this issue?

Watch can't sync to app and the contact phone number provided is invalid, no customer support whatsoever. The only function left on the watch is to call/ receive phone call.
