This app might be useful if you live in Zurich. Perhaps slightly useful in Luzern and the other larger cities. Forget Basel or outlying towns, as usual. I want to know all of the places one can park, I want to be able to see the traffic from all of the traffic cameras. Not just Zurich. Everything doesn't center around Zurich, (even though you all would like to think it does). Thank you.
Since the login system as change I cannot login, though username and password work well with the website.
Totally useless! Installed it and TRIED to change the language. It now is half in German, half in English with some other gobbledygook added to the mix! Impossible to understand the thing! This is a yapp! Not an app!
I downloaded the app to be able to pay at a TCS parking lot. The app requires a registration but my e-mail addresses was not accepted by the app. I read negative reviews here but the app was much worse than I expected.
Trafic reporting not really accurate. As we were heading to the furka railway, waiting time was 2 1/2 hour , the app did not report a delay more than 30min.

I pay 238 CHF for my insurance and you ask 2.90CHF to have the app in English , very nice , this is respect for your Customers ,I just make my international health insurance 1 week ago and I will cancel my insurance in the next days....Bye TCS . Is not about money is about respect if you ask me for money if I want the app in English that means you will try take money from me anytime I will need you help.
It freezes when I try access to my TCS , try to uninstall reinstall the app, still not working

Seems like since the last update the connection and login does not work anymore. This is not acceptable - very bad.
Refresh mode useless. Webcams are not updated. Simply unreliable. :(
I am usually not sure if I see the latest alert. The refresh mode is not clear
For Switzerland, this is the most reliable source of information on road traffic status. It indicates open alpine passes, tunnels, traffic jams. I check it always when traveling across Switzerland.
Thanks for the language selection
Not compatible with tablets! App is "designed for phones" and cannot be installed on (most) tablets. For planning a journey, a tablet with larger display is clearly preferable. Other App designers, such as SBB have changed their specifications/requirements such that their App is compatible. Please do likewise and I will give your App a good rating.
Although the app functionality is nice, the actual traffic predictions and descriptions are unreliable and quite inaccurate!
Great App, probably the best as regards Switzerland, but have TCS forgotten we have 3 national languages, not just German?
How about the French and Italian languages?????? Or at least English! Or can't you speak any of those?
Too bad one cannot change the language. We live in a multilingual country. .....
My phone is in English but I live in French speaking area. I find it really poor that the app does not allow the language to be changed. The app defaults to German for all other languages except for French. This is a multilingual country and not everyone speaks German
As with most of the reviewers who put 1 star on this app, I have my phone in english and can't change the language to french... there should be a way to switch the language especially in Switzerland :-) still, i enjoy TCS very much! I hope they fix that feature soon!
Like others said, the app is always in German. Language of my phone is Italian but it does recognise it. I switched to English and reinstalled, still in German.. Useless

How can TCS release this app with only German as a language? UPDATE: My phone is in English so I expect either English or the possibility to force language to French. Please let us choose the language! Unusable until then...
Defaults to German without giving an easy option to change language, even to another swiss national like French or Italian. It's heavy and does not provide any useful information. Useless crap, uninstalling.
Only in German. Not possible to switch to other languages!
Wish, if this app was in English and also a bit more user friendly. I will be happy to revise my feedback if you give me an opportunity.
