I never got to use it. It crashed ec wry single time!
This is a great app that is undermined by crashes. Constant background running causes excessive battery drain even when app is not used.
Can't use pin, get errors requesting new pins. Try registering a new account and get errors.
UPDATE: more than a year later the app ask me to register like i'm going for a bank loan, when i just want to look at bus route, get your act straight guys. PREVIOUS REVIEW I don't want to register to get acess to time table, unistalled
I'm so happy to see Cape Town developing apps like this to keep up with technology and make public transport more accessible. Just wish we could use our MyConnect cards on the trains.
EVERYTIME you try search "make sure your Internet connection is on"
Fails on first start. Claims Internet connection is missing. - Why do you need my personal data e.g. phone number? I just want to travel.
Since 1 April 2016 at least 3 new routes have been added which are not reflecting at all!?
Why do I need give out all of my personal information just to see when a bus will leave??

Please explain why I must "register" to obtain information readily available on your (mediocre) website. So, you promise not to share my personal information you don't need in any case, why fkn ask for it then. Who cares who I am if I'm prepared to pay to use your unreliable service? I have a MyCiti card, but didn't need to supply my ID number to get it? Deleting this attempt at invading my privacy and identity theft. I can get flight schedules and arrival/departure information on airlines' websites!
Sorry guys, but take a cue from the MyCiTi Cape Town app. Please just give them access to your system, so the user can topup via their app (ps they actually use the nfc tech built into modern phones....) because I fear, judging by your app, it's gonna take years for you to get to that. I actually reinstalled this app just to be able to tell you this. Uninstalling immediately....
Comletely inaccurate information. Tells me the next bus is 31 min away, only to arrive 6 min later, and vice versa. Made me miss my bus by not being in sync. None user friendly menu layout and complicated methods for doing simple tasks.
City of Cape Town paid R1.5m 1.5 million RAND for this app and it's absolute crap.
So far so good - being the 1st of it's kind for a local city, please respond to users questions; this will increase trust - which Saffers have in short supply.
The train reports are so inaccurate. Since this app iv never known any useful information
Hi there, I have registered and got a pin. But failing to get info about my trip. Always saying "Chose one mode AND...." Please help!!!!!
Why should I register to try it? Uninstall.
The app should have a better name. People will search for cape town when looking for apps related to Cape Town, transport cape town perhaps. Upon registering it says email optional and then forces you to enter an email .. its not optional. When sending your one time pin it says check your email but it actually smses the pin to you
How does one turn off the vibration setting?
Great app. Will definitely allow me to navigate metrorail and golden arrow a lot easier.
I love the fact that Cape Town gets it done ... against many obstacles ... Bravo!
