Very pleased with the range of services I can access through the app. The check deposit system used to be a little wonky, but it's been upgraded and I'm finding it more reliable. Worth a try!
It's serviceable. Just needs improvements that will make things run smoother. Clean it up a bit and improve functionality.
Please change where the "take photo" button is for the virtual deposit portion. For Google Pixel, it is situated directly underneath the "exit app" button so it's impossible to take a photo.
It's a pretty good app. I would love to see an update to it though as it has been the same for many years and the interface is kind of clunky. Everything works smoothly though for the most part.
App is glitchy at best, but tolerable. Mainly because it's this or mobile website. E-transfer has become a hassle. Used to work fine, I have uninstalled and reinstalled and blah blah blah. Just fix the thing please.
Keeps glitching... won't allow me to use it without being on wifi at home. Never had issues till the last month and it's now almost useless caus u can't send an e transfer when u want to etc
It seems this version of the banking app has been abandoned. Go to their website and download their new app and go from there... Thank you for your lack of communication.
Easy and intuitive to use. Only thing I find frustrating is not being able to see history of e-transfers. Otherwise, it's great!
I rarely have issues, if ever. But I need to deposit a cheque, and the camera button is somehow underneath my phone's home screen button. So it won't let me take the photo, it sends me to my home screen. Any suggestions?
Can't deposit cheques! What happened TCU? Everytime I press the photo button to take a picture of my cheque it boots me out of the app. Totally not impressed. I cannot make it into a branch to do deposits all the time as I'm in a rural area. Fix this please!
Not enough features. Yes I can pay my mastercard bills but I cannot puchase or modify a GIC Renewal to set it to not renew. I am disappointed even their main website does not have this feature.
need to uninstall and reinstall frequently to be able to access log in... no biometric login such as fingerprint for security instead they make you answer a security question, so its basically a 2 step log in instead of a more secure log in!
It's good, kinda laggy, but it does what I need it to. The lag could be because I'm using a really old phone, a galaxy s5. All in all, I like it.
I'm ready to change banks as this glitchy pos app is messing with my ability to pay bills and do e-commerce. Sending and etransfer has become damn near impossible.
Unable to take photos of cheques for deposit as the camera button lands below the home button on an Android. Move photo button to improve!

Can't us e-deposit because the take a picture button is in the same place as the home button on my phone. Love the bank, hate the app.
Gets a bit grumpy once in a while and some of the security things bother me personally but they're there for a reason and I get that.

does not work with LG phones. Decimal point not available to pay bills and deposit cheques.
Very slow, and the app itself seems very out of date.
Wish I could have visual option for password. My fingers are arthritic and I hit wrong keys often

The app is bad... It tries to load up two pages on top of each other!! You need a tech on this app to get out to work properly.. With so many bad reviews and no response from tech to fix it is not good! I can not even log in. I have had to reset my passwords twice... And it worked while on the phone with the bank to reset passcode then an hour later did not work and could not get back into account to even check the balance! In order for this to be a working account or has to work!! Unacceptable
