It's super basic and very slow. It's not the worst app I've used but when looking at my accounts I don't understand why I can't see my pending transactions. It shows available balance and current balance but they could be different amounts and you can't see what's pending. You have to go to the website to see pending transactions. I don't like that aspect.

I hate this app because of the hassle when signing in and the steps for mobile deposit. I know some of these messures are there to protect us but it just takes away from the whole experience. The whole app needs to be reconstructed because it frustrates me whenever I have to use it for anything more than checking my balance.

Very poorly set up. If you accidentally change screen on app it locks it out for 30 mins. Also you can only have one person in the app at one time, so for instance I cant be looking at the account and my wife at te same time. Then when calling for assistance at main bank they treat you like you are an idiot for this all happen g. On top of it even though the app says I can change password I the app that is a lie, you will have log into a web site and log in and change it there. Nothing hasel.

App is awful and mobile deposit almost never works. Additionally, if mobile deposit doesn't work the check is already endorsed as mobile deposit only so good luck cashing it. I also had the following lovely experience: The app doesn't tell you that Mobile deposit is limited to $1,500 until you try to submit it. Now I have a $2,500 check endorsed for mobile deposit only. As an added bonus I live in Kansas City so my options are request a new check or drive to Springfield. Beyond this mobile deposit is obnoxious for a lot of other reasons.

The women at my local office are horrible people! And the overdraft fees are RIDICULOUS! $28 for every transaction! $28 for overdrawn by $0.63?! Then the app locks u out for 30 min if u login, the app is as horrible ad the actual credit union itself! Would give 0 stars if I could, DO NOT recommend

This is the fourth time in the last three months that I've been locked out of my account for no discernable reason. I'll login and get an error saying the mobile app is having issues and to login online, I'll go online to the website and it'll say I'm already logged in and will have to wait 30 mins, I wait 30 mins, it tells me my passwords wrong, I change my password and it logs in to a blank screen. The mobile app will stay stuck on the orange error for three days at least. Bruh.

Every time I try to login I get 5 chances by the way, it gives me a failed error message. Then I have to call the bank and get more try's to log in. The bank told me I have fat thumbs and am typing the letters or numerals wrong. Which made me want to just get rid of the app!!!!

Not user friendly. Can not see statements and can not report card lost or stolen! When you close the app without signing out it locks you out for over 20 mins! Hate this app!

Way to difficult to sign in. I shouldn't have to answer security questions every time I sign in. It should be able to recognize my phone and only ask for extra security if I'm signing in from other devices. Not user friendly

Trash app. Randomly closes out, mobile deposit is a joke, and can do very little from the app. Makes me want to switch to a bank or credit union with some actual technological experience. We are in 2018, not 1998, get an app that actually works.
