Lame. No update in a long time. Also, when you click on links for news on your stocks, they lead to errors. Then it says "you may have to copy and paste this link..." but, of course, the security policy won't allow you to copy ANYTHING. Also doesn't load all your stocks if you have over 20 or something. Also doesn't give stock alerts like it is supposed to. Really disappointing.

Very good trading app for those who are intermediate or also beginner in trading. One thing I see which could be miss from other apps is live option contract average down price. It only reflects after trading hours so if this can be fixed on real time helps a lot.

I have been on this platform for about a year now. The fact that I'm new-ish to trading makes it hard but it's even harder with a glitchy, dumpster of a platform. The prices are all delayed so when you purchase stock it is way off from the price you're seeing. Even if it appears that it's in real time, it is not. Has cost me thousands. I'll be moving my money to a different platform asap.

Mostly good performance, seldom glitchy. Need to restart app sometimes. Basic tools available to make financial decisions. News provided seems relevant. Made a bunch of trades so far without any problems. Set the buy price and quantity and wait for the purchase, not rocket science. Bank transfer easy.

The mobile check deposit feature has failed every time I use it over a period of 4 years. The team that supports it is so poorly staffed that that they can't look at a ticket within a week. If you need to use real checks, better live in a major city!

App is having an issue during the first time I log in each day and it has occurred 3 days in a row. The issue is I see an "x" for one of the pop-up message alerts but there is no message to go along with the "x". Happened 2x last week too. Also, if your positions don't happen to load when you log in (e.g., connection hiccup) there is no way to refresh this so you get a message of "you don't have any positions" which in my case is absolutely false. You have to clear cache to fix 🤦‍♂️

Update: several months later, no response from them, still having the same issue with the login loop. Really frustratng. Not the best. Fine functionally for simple trades, deposits, and checking in on stocks. Lacks most of the tools from the website. Biggest issue recently is it goes into a login loop where it tells me I need to login, but doesn't allow me to login. It just endlessly says loading. Only solve I've found so far is repeatedly closing the app until it works. Really annoying.

Please stop showing the log in screen every time we switch back to the app through the multitasking menu. It makes it very frustrating to get anything done when researching and calculating between other investing apps and a calculator. We know how to log in, it's at the top right. We don't need a pop up

need more columns choices for custom view for the watch list, I use a custom view on the website: quote data - bid, ask, last, volume, positions and performance data - quantity, market value, purchase date and cost per share, options data - days to exp. and open interest. but on the mobile app it does not have quantity, market value, purchase date and cost per share. please update and add these columns to the custom choices.

Easy to trade options on think or swim but both apps are so in need of a complete redesign. It's a shame,That a company like this who is viewed as one of the big dogs in trading.it's miles behind a company like webull on their mobile and web.Even the new web versions of both platforms,They're pathetic empty shell versions of td classic and think or swim. You think bc you've taken away data/resources that it's improved and advertise it as now being a "clean design". Ur gonna lose ur marketshare

Push notifications are delayed. I hoped when I switched from a Samsung to a Pixel, the delayed notifications would stop; they have not. They're still wildly inconsistent & don't work if the app is open. There are no in-app notifications for order executions. You can see orders if you look, but they're poorly organized & don't always show up in their date range. The in-app notifications are for messages, not orders. In-app notifications & notification history should be considered basic features.

Horrible. Literally horrible. Not only is the app and website terrible. These people are from the dark ages. Nothing ever works transferring money in is incredibly complicated. Everything is terrible. Get an account somewhere else.

Awful Technical Performance! It's down all the time. Garbage. Also wasn't able to cancel a transfer literally 30 seconds after mistakenly placing for the wrong amount. Get a new developer because the current one is clearly incompetent. Also, the "alerts" rarely ever work. Useless.

This app works great. The charts are great. Can't find an app that is better for quick charting targeting medium trading terms.

It's great for what it does. I like it for checking the market and my Watch List. But I doubt I would ever use it to make trades. More informational than transactional. I am "turned off" by setting my login credentials for 24-hours, yet I am forced to log in every time.

Very good service. One problem it has is, it erases watch list(s) of stocks you created on their server or on phone.

App crashes the second I try to open it. Have restarted my phone and reinstalled the app, but neither worked.

Does the job well enough at times. Except app alerts stopped working on my Samsung phone 2 days ago. Cleared cache, uninstalled, reinstalled, triple check notificiation settings, alerts triggered says they occured but I do not get notifications anymore. Things like this have happened before and make the app unreliable.

Did not work during critical times of the GME AMC debacle. And I am not talking about the restrictions put into place on trades; It just wouldn't work. Now, in early March 2022, when I bring up a stock the overview page is blank. The other tabs work but not the overview, which is very important. I'd switch but competition, like GOD AWFUL Ally, is even worse.

Good platform. Still feels a little dated when compared to Webull and Robinhood. Still overall positive experience.

Decently working app. But the compact and cost/share seems to be miscalculated, giving a false interpretation. If the development team would like to reach out to me, I can give you an example.

Cannot disable autorotate. Multiple users on various forums note the same problem for over 6 months on various devices. Have autorotate disabled on my Android and it locks screen position correctly on all other apps and browser. Have shut down Ameritrade app but upon re-opening, it still autorotates. I like everything else about it; there is a lot of info and trading capability in this app. Giving it 3 stars in pathetic hope that someone will address the autorotate malfunction.

A good trading app. Hoping Schwab has the sense to maintain it going forward. That said, incorporating a few features from the Schwab app would be beneficial. I'd be prefer that they start with the TDA app though, it's cleaner, faster and more stable.

It is not user friendly at all. You have to hunt all over to perform even the simplest of tasks. Extremely disappointed with TD and have started using the Robinhood app more and more.

I added a bank account for when my taxes were deposited, it defaulted to this bank account. I tried to make a transfer and immediately tried to cancel, which usually lets me but the app refused. I even called which said i had to wait 3 days to transfer back and could do nothing. They returned the fees but then cut my whole account off bank transfers and say I have to now use only wire transfers at 25.00 a piece for your app not canceling my transfer? Good way to lose customers. Im out.
