Simple but useful! I like being able to calculate TDEE without having to find an online calculator, and the interface doesn't have any obnoxious extras. It's exactly what it says on the tin!
Uses the oldest method developed 100 years ago. The more modern equations give different results.

Imperial units only...
Every ten lbs or so I like to recalculate my TDEE to make sure I'm maintaining a calorie deficit. I like using the same app, so it's consistent. I wouldn't use it for anything more than this. I do have it in my 'health' app folder for easy access.
