Not fit for purpose. Nothing works as it should do. The app keeps crashing, stopping, closing. Messages between myself and my nursery are often not received by one party. I update my daughter's profile with important information and the next time I open the app the information has disappeared. The nursery tell me they've posted pictures of my daughter and I can't see them. It should be taken offline for re-tooling. This is sensitive data you're managing.
When I used the app in the trial period, it worked fine but once the free trial had ended it was useless. No support when emailed or contacted on Facebook and it was impossible to link parents to the app too.
A very intuitive platform for managing EYFS observations! It's great that it works offline too. Hopefully they bring the reporting tools from their website to the mobile app as well.
The devs of this are absolutely brilliant. We've had some teething troubles but the devs have always sorted priblems out very quickly, as well as add feature requests when we have needed them. The app works offline too, so we can still use it without an internet connection.
