This app is OK, but it's clunky and doesn't give complete information; for instance, if you're looking at payment history on a loan it says how much principal you paid but makes you figure out how much interest you paid. It also doesn't show the balance in the payment history detail. I find the Honor Credit Union app to be much more user-friendly.

Well the app technically works, it often feels like it shouldn't. The experience is clunky, and I often have to close the app because it hangs up on a loading screen. There are many buttons on the main menu of this app that do not line up with what's on the screen. This generally results in me selecting an option that I did not want to choose, and then having to back out of it, and wait for a few second loading screen. Easily the worst app on my phone, but I have to have it. Two stars, because it technically works

The deposit a check feature does not work more than 1 or 2 times in a row. It loses the ability to choose the account to deposit into (the drop down list disappears) and the only way to bring it back is to go into settings on my android phone, delete all data and then go back into the app. It is a major inconvenience since doing this causes the app to act like it's your first time in the app with all data cleared. It renders the deposit a check feature to be as bad as going into a branch office

I have to attempt to login AT LEAST five times each time I access the app. I'm always given a, "network connectivity error" message. Then, when I am lucky enough to get logged in, once I click on my checking account to see transaction history details, it says, "unexpected error. return home." It happens EVERY single time I use the app! Very annoying and inconvenient!

Does what I need it to. I have issues with the deposit check feature. Picture can be clear as a day but will still have me re take it 3 or 4 times, even with the check being in the box. I don't use this feature often, so not that big of a deal. But in all, it does what I need to do, with little effort. One of the very few (non game apps) I have never had to delete because of issues.

After the latest update, I had the same issues others had where it wouldn't login. After reading some comments, someone said reinstalling the app fixed it for them and it did for me too. Kind of an inconvenience but I've been banking with TCU for a long time now and have had this app for years. Would still recommend but hopefully the issue is corrected for those who can't fix it.

This app is buggy, half finished, and only some functions actually work. Either trim it down to be as basic as it is, or release a real update that lets you utilize all of its functions. It's like you built a table without the legs. Sure, you can do stuff on the surface, but there's no depth.

Just not very functional or easy to navigate. Some of the features don't work effectively like the debit card rebate, it no longer shows how much is available and you need to calculate the amount available to cash out yourself now. I've had no luck adding outside accounts so I can transfer money to my daughters in other states or just in areas with no TCU. I've had to take in screen shots of the app and because of conflicting information between the app and the what the call in help center has. It needs work or TCU needs work, they need to figure out which one it is.

TCU is terrible with technology and is practically archaic! I attempted to set up automatic monthly bill payments a year ago. It was complicated at the time so I just had to mail paper checks for a year! I recently tried to set this up with the app again. You cannot set up automatic paying at all. App logs you out constantly, especially when clicking the "authorize" button. Even when successfully setting up payments on website w/laptop, the process took 3 days. I will NEVER choose TCU again!

I was planning on leaving PNC Bank because....issues. I can say that PNC app is about 1000x better than this "app". It's not an app at all. It's a link to the full website. It's not at all intuitive. I have to search for even the simplest things like check deposit and bill pay. Both of which should be on the home screen. I can't register for either, which I assumed was because I'm a new member and haven't updated their systems yet. Reading other reviews, seems like that's likely not the case.

Good for seeing account balances and transferring money between savings/checking accounts. It is difficult to deposit checks, often a "cannot determine check amount," error appears despite having to manually enter check amounts. A few other functional issues, but for a basic check on your account, not bad

The app keeps crashing or freezing whenever I try to deposit a check. It happens when I'm on wifi or mobile data. I used to be able to on both but then when on data, I wasn't able to. Months later, it's doing it on both. Please fix this.

I really did like them and heard great things however I'm to the point now that I might have to open a different account somewhere else cuz there are no atms. There's only two Banks and they really need to have the ability to go to an ATM and not have to pay. There's like hardly any and they're not close to me. Been doing some serious thinking I may have to open an account somewhere else very disappointed never had this issue with a bank before

More of an outdated mobile site than an app. It's not clean or fluid to use, and if you have a credit card, you can't even view your purchases, which makes balancing the budget and confirming purchases difficult when on the go.

Nothing but trouble with the app ... and with customer service who I have to contact constantly due to issues with the app. The website, which I end up on often because I can't accomplish anything on the app, really isn't much better. Once my car is paid off I will not be using TCU in the future.

Used to work great but now there seems to be a glitch. If i uninstall and reinstall it works the first time but after that it just continues to spin without loading. I hope you fix this soon. Very frustrating!

Mostly works fine but some issues are pretty big like sometimes autofill puts my password in the username box. and after I deposit money sometimes the balance is incorrect for a few hours then it seems to correct itself and is only incorrect on the phone app if I call or look online it's correct

I'd like to receive a text with every purchase, but the app either doesn't provide that option or isn't user friendly enough to understand how. Also I'd like to have the option to transfer funds to other banks or for the app to add Zella like 1st source bank has done. 1st source has included Zella into there app just for the purpose of transferring funds outside TCU.

Easy to use with immediate transfers. Only thing that could make this bank or app better is if they would ease up on the overdraft fees. Its like they rush pending charges through to hit you with an overdraft fee, thats my only gripe.

Compared to other bank apps I've used, this one deserves a little more work, particularly on the Bill Pay portion. Spent way to much time trying to set up reoccurring payments and payees that are listed don't show whether payments are electronic and/or reoccurring.

This app constantly crashes and when it does login my bank amounts are never correct or there is nothing there on the main screen at all just zeros on the balances. You tell customer service and they claim there is nothing wrong with their app then why am I not the only one having these issues.

The app was great. I only used it a few times. Within about 2 months i couldn't use the app anymore on my phone. I tried to redownload, it will not work. Going to a computer is so inconvenient. 😞

The app is easy to use and very convenient. Was using mobile deposit feature, which was very handy with being otr trucker, but lately hasn't worked right. All in all the app is great.
