This is the least functional of my regularly used apps. It will log in and then not show balances, or freeze on the start screen and not allow you to log in. It just sits there. Even when it's at its best, it's really not comparable to apps like the Commonwealth Bank app, where it gives the member helpful graphs and whatnot. Frankly, I'm now using a third party app to see some of my banking info and would be grateful if this just offered the absolute basics like balances, but it doesn't

Getting started in the app is impossible. It takes forever for the verification code to send and if I try to change tabs from the app to messages to view the actual code, it resets the app so i can't even put the code in because it becomes invalid! I've tried this multiple times. There is no way for me to view the code without the app closing itself and needing a new code to be sent!

This app is terrible. It takes forever to load, it is glitchy and the interface is cluttered. Very annoying that the decimal point is in behind the + button or somewhere. The developers should look at other banking apps - especially the ANZ one - and get a good idea of what a clean, easy banking app looks like.

I can't get this app to run on my phone (Samsung S10) as it wants permission to make and manage phone calls. When I deny that it just remains on the get started screen. As I am not the only one having this problem (as evidenced by many other poor reviews) you would think the developer would fix this problem. However as those other reviews date make to last year I will not hold my breath. Poor form TMB 😞

Extremely clunky app. Doesn't run smoothly, have to constantly refresh and it comes up with errors a lot. I am hoping that the bank is planning to fix their online banking app because it needs a lot of work. 2 stars is me being generous at the moment.

App would not open and after several uninstalls and reinstalls with help from technicians took my phone to Optus. It turned out to be something as simple as having the app open in the background....note to self.... close your apps after you use them Mom! The security works

Every time I try to pay someone I get booted out and have to re login up to 6 times before I can get to the transaction page. Some payees I can't pay at all, instead of the pay confirmation page its a blank page with no return or home options. Some times banking is quick and easy and sometimes it's glitch after glitch after glitch... kinda over it

The app is buggy and this is very inconvenient at times (e.g. right now it won't bring up my payees list so I can't transfer them money). It seems each time I log on (about once per week) half the time there is a bug issue.

This app used to work extremely well but I can no longer open this app on my Samsung S6. Very frustrating to have to go the the web site to access my account. I have tried repeated unistalling and reloading, turning phone on and off, searching for fixes etc. Somebody, please fix.

Very unresponsive and buggy app. Often need to press inputs 3 or more times to register confirmation. Very slow to open also, despite that being it's once only positive attribute.

Much less stable than previous versions. It often logs me out of the app as I'm trying to transact. Then I have to re-log back in again. Sometimes it'll log me out again. On several occasions, it logged me out 3-4 times in a row. Very annoying and it hasn't happened to me in previous versions.

Can no longer open app since recent updates. I see I'm not the only one on Android with this problem. Before this app was clunky but worked fine. Would like the ability to delete payees and filter account just to see history of money coming in.

When it works (90% of the time) it's great, but sometimes it won't load, hangs on the Start screen, or you just get the wheel of doom. Need to improve reliability.

This app is useless. Major fail TMB. Trying to update personal details on the website is a no go too. Get asked to enter a security token, but nowhere on their site can you find out how get one. Another major fail. This sort of thing makes one want to close down accounts and go elsewhere. Not happy TMB.

Rating is because it no longer works. Asks permission to access phone calls, when denied the app hangs on a strange screen then crashes. I have cleared cache, but no effect. Was working the other day, today not. Ideas?

Very often just stops working. I have to force stop but sometimes that doesn't even work. Have uninstalled and downloaded countless times. Very glitchy but used to work seemlessly. Please fix!

App no longer working correctly. Constantly asking for fingerprint whenever an account is accessed. Then takes you back to main account list. Takes multiple attempts to do anything.

Not working, logs me out all the time and apparently my OSKO transfer from yesterday isn't in my account. It logs me out if I click transfer anyway though. Now I have the hassle of manually chasing auto payments because I couldn't move my pay to the right account. You guys were better as a credit union.

This app does not work on a Samsung S7. Keep getting the message "For security reasons this application cannot be run on a rooted device". My device is NOT rooted. But the app is certainly rooted!!!

Compared to it's original iteration, the app is junk. Clumsy, ill thought out and generally useless. It's quicker and more efficient to use the website from a phone than it is to use this app.

Installed on my Galaxy S10, but wants to make and manage phone calls, which I don't allow any app to do. When I select "deny" it won't go past the "getting started" screen so I can't use it. Why does a banking app need to make and manage phone calls?!

Downloaded app wouldn't work so I uninstalled it. Now I cant reinstall it as Google store reports jt is already installed on my phone but it doesnt show as an installed or stopped app so im left with no app to use and unable to download a copy that works on my Samsung.

This app generally works well, but is there a way we could access statements through the app? Failing this can we be told through the app what the minimum payment for our cc is? This is a pretty vital piece of info that is missing. Thanks :)

Worse with every update. Slow, always loading and showing errors, closing unexpectedly. Thought it was the phone initially but internet login bank functions always work. Uninstalled for now.
