Team App

I still like the app, but I am changing the rating because of the fact that when you post pictures in the gallery, some of the pictures you post don't show up. This might just be a phone by phone thing though, but it gets annoying enough to where it's noticeable, on the Team app website, however, it works great. Other than that though, the app rocks!

It's terrible. They have multiple different subcategories for training and games. Which is really unnecessary. And finding chats is always difficult. It's really not intuitive at all. We usually go onto another platform to communicate.

Tried it for one season. Has a lot of potential but currently not worth the effort. Notifications are all over the place. When I create a new chat, I get two notification; one that a new chat was created and a second with my own message. Why do I need either of them? Other times seems like notifications are not working on an existing chat. Too many steps for players to set their responses. Should just be 1 click. Need a way to remind everyone about an upcoming game from the Schedule screen. Need a way to remind some players to update their status from the Schedule screen. Understand you need ad revenue, but should be a bit more strategic with them. I got ads while trying to register. Would gladly pay for the app, but at this stage it feels too cumbersome to use.

This is an ok app for group texting. The schedule is weird. The notifications don't work for me. No matter what I do, the dot on the icon signaling a notification is always on, and there is no sound when something new comes through. Being able to enable or disable the notifications does not stay as selected, and will either not accept the change or will change on its own. I have an Android phone, maybe that is the issue. IDK, but I wish my team could find something that works better.

Every time I open the app, the landing page continously flickers/jumps up and down the screen. When I repeatedly tap on any of my team icons, it'll eventually open. The team pages are fine; it's only the main home landing page that flickers. I've cleared cache, as well as uninstalled/re-installed, but the issue still persists.

Poor UX and nothing discreet about the adds with video and volume that hide close buttons and block the back button running. Wish my sporting club used something else for communication.

A real mess of an app. Unreliable notifications, slow to refresh, poor formatting and lots of annoying adverts included to make things worse. Edit - as at Feb 2022 the app hasn't had any improvements. The only changes I see: 1) it's now called stack team app 2) it includes even more time wasting adverts. If you can avoid using this app - make sure that you do.

Terrible, slow navigation with disjointed conversation history and annoying ads. App seems to activate phone's Gaming mode.

Only thing this app is missing is a way to view unread items. It would be a helpful feature when you are on a team that posts A LOT of posts.

On the homescreen I get the message "please log in. OK" I press the ok button and the program closes. There's no other options to log in. Have uninstalled and reinstalled with no effect.

The app is overall good, there are a few improvements that could be made, it is a little difficult to navigate which makes the app hard to use, the graphics and the design of the app is pretty bland aswell.

Functional but slow, klunky and whole page ads are unecessarily obtrusive chat function is like something from the 80's

It used to be good but frequently becomes unusable. Currently (2/18/22), unable to add any event. It just goes to a white screen with empty boxes and won't change from there. (the first response below is from old review and does not lead to new app owner support)

Terrible user experience and functionality does not work properly. As a software developer myself I am amazed this actually made it into Production...shocking!

The blue dots do not disappear after reading the message. Can this please be fixed? It is very annoying as my kids are members of multiple teams and it makes it difficult to work out what had been read.

2/1/22- Adding that I am not able to vote in any of the polls posted in my team/group. Doesn't work properly and drains battery. Half the time I reveive message alerts but cannot read the messages. They take a while to load. The app keeps crashing and draining my battery.

App is ok as a central point for info, but takes a looooooong time to update when you open the app. I've uninstalled, reinstalled several times. Doesn't matter if I'm roaming or using wifi, app is supper slow

Unable to access any of the videos that have been uploaded. Calendar sometimes does not show things that have been uploaded. This has especially been worse since the update. My daughters dance studio requires us to use this app but it works terribly with Android.

I was/am a big fan of this App, however not sure what's happened to it in the last week, takes a long time (several minutes) to load each page, looked at previous recent reviews and advice to delete data however I'm extremely wary of doing this as it permanently deletes ALL files etc and as I am the full admin for our club don't want to end up deleting hundreds of accounts. I require constant access to the app for fixtures, availability, documents etc - please can some assistance be provided?

The app is very glitchy. While I understand why there needs to be ads it is hard to cancel them off the screen many times. Also there are times that the app is delayed in sending information to those who need it on our team.

I like most features of this App. Messaging function is frustrating. Regularly after typing message I hit the send icon and the message deletes. Today I have had to retype messages about 10 times before they send. Using Samsung phone.

Good app which does most of the basics for team management, with very few glitches from what I've experienced. Perfect fot kids sports teams, so long as parents set up their accounts right at the outset! Ads are very manageable.

I don't really get it. Very average functionality. Seems to be no way to know who in the group accesses the app so that we know who is getting the info. People aren't getting the notifications or emails and schedules aren't flexible.

It is ok! It does the job I guess. Could be better organized. You have to keep going in and turn on the notifications, they It doesn't load all the time. It seems the be missing things.

Cannot ever use this app. No information I need is ever available. This app doesn't work for a coach. I cannot find anyway to look up the events I need information for. Every organizer says all the information is on the app. Not true!! No information is on the app. There is no way to look up any event or information.

App is clunky, navigation through notifications directs to wrong points. Only used because required. Just like every other 3rd party communication app, trying to re-invent the wheel but falls flat.
