The app is excellent in helping to market the Neolife products. The marketing materials are also excellent. The app is just a bit confusing and difficult to operate. I am able to send out messages, but if you click sms it goes to WhatsApp. I would rather have a WhatsApp icon. It is difficult to go back to the 5 steps set out in the beginning.
Why I can't login with my credentials? I tried password reset, it couldn't work .
I love using the app and the feed and reminders are great. I have not given 5 stars yet as I believe there are a few areas of improvement such as: -To do list directly on the app. (currently adding tasks on the TNL dashboard in the back office, but can't see any of them in the app) -More material in other languages: such as french. -Link sent to prospect to automatically update to country of location or selected country in app: it sets to USA by default and prospect has to change the country
I love this app, it is really helpful to my Neolife business but only one thing is the problem, it have been unable to sync my phone contacts, I don't know the reason, I will give this app 5 star if it finally do that. best regards to Neolife international.
It has all kinds of different/easy to share tools and information. It prompts you to put your beat foot forward when sharing post amd messages. Enjoying it.
The experience has been wow, but I've not been able to login. It kept on showing that I do not have a subscription ID.
I've had some customers tell me they reviewed the information sent from the app but I do not get confirmation. Also if I view a App myself I get notification that the person who I previously sent information to has viewed the app when it's me who viewed it.
please how do I log in, I just downloaded it and it's showing me input user name and password but I don't know because I didn't create any account, I think it should rather show me how to create an account before requesting for a login.
Great so far. Just can't get my contacts synced properly and can't get through to support either.

I used to login without issue before... But now as I tried to login, it shows me Error validating login from remote server... I don't understand pls help fix this issue thanks

it doesn't install instead it keeps downloading and when it doesn't install it start again. I have downloaded this app thrice now but it doesn't install
Good though the product list /information is not exhaustive. Need to also be able to share to other social platform
