Once I was finally able to access my account, the new app seems nice. However, the hassle and time it took to get logged in was ridiculous. The information that was required to sign in was ridiculous and overkill. I believe it asked 6 or 8 security questions. I think an email should have been sent out in advance, explaining the steps and information required to access the new app. Very poor launch of a new app.
difficult to install. had to call and have someone over the phone do it. then "all you gotta do" is change all the passwords security questions etc...not that easy. talked to 3 different people in this process because I couldnt find WHERE to change the info. finally started changing info. EVERY TIME I changed something I had to go back and forth between texting and there for verification codes. I was about to find a new bank...way to complicated...and this app isn't as nice as the old one!!!!
Works ok sometimes. Other times I get error messages and it won't open, or it randomly signs me out and I have to go through a ridiculous process to signed back in. It never accepts the login info, I always have to answer security questions that I have never given answers for.
sucks! I can't acess my account on my device or online now! This is terrible, why did you change something that was working fine? Had full access to all accounts online and on my device now none to anywhere and have to wait until tomorrow and will probably have to wait in line on the phone to get ot straightened out, as it looks like i am not alone.
The most worthless app that I have ever used. It is almost impossible to use because it never runs properly. It struggles to load the login page, my accounts and it is completely unreliable. Don't use this app!
I have had the app for over a year now. and with this last update its now telling me my password is incorrect and when i try to log in online it says im trying to log in as a different memeber, which i know im not i literally have all my information that was given to me for my account sitting right in front of me. On top of trying to get in contact about this issue with customer service it tells me I've been disconnected from the chat. 😕
Why change something that isn't broken ?? the old app was way better , as of right now I'm having nothing but problems trying to set up my info for this new one , and it's nothing but problems , now I can't access my money , can't transfer from one account to another , please change this , it's nothing but confusion and aggrevation , and I see I'm not the only unhappy customer 😠
I like this app a lot. Has many different online services incorporated. Convenient login if your phone allows( finger print). Super simple navigation.
It was bad enough trying to make payments on here and you need a verification code sent to your email but now if I check my email for the code I have to log back in. Thanks for this update now I need to use two devices. Splendid!
I had to call customer service for the temporary password after downloading the new app. Each member should have been sent an email with their temporary password as well as how to set up the new app. Had to waste my time to call.
Since the switch over to this new applications I have nothing but problems. Issues with trying to transfer money between my account which was easily done previously. Poor execution of new app.
Impossible to set up. Got step by step instructions from my branch because no one can set it up apparently. The instructions don't work past step 2 of 15 either. I've had it.
Worked fine until I updated my system now app won't open at all, when I tap on the app it just goes back to my home screen. Deleting
Transfers, easy. Manage account details, no sweat. Everything else I cannot really relate with because the branch is soo close and friendly :)
why the change. app is a pos! I can't even access my account now. only option is login, where do you create user name? my info from old app does not work with this app. 0 stars team one keeps failing me
For about a month now I have to reenter my ID and password almost everytime instead of just putting in my 4 digit pin. It's helping me remember but also a pain. Ughhh
I am a very unhappy customer. I've been with Team One for over 15 years and this app suck. I can't even get on here to set it up. If I could give it a zero-star I would!
Cant even get it to put in my Birth date to finish the install. Really a sorry app that should have never been put on the market. Get some one to do one right. Worst one I've seen.
Works great, can pay loans and credit cards, and transfer money between accounts all from the app.
won't mobile deposit. Everytime I try to do anything, it boots me out and i need to re-sign-in. ugh. Frustrating. Only reason I got the app v online. Useless.
horrible to set up. the old app was much better. i cant even transfer funds to my other bank with the new app.
Used to work great now every 2-3 times I log in it makes me get a verification code very annoying once I get my code it doesnt always work..
Used to be pretty solid, now no longer recognizes biometric data and won't allow me to login with password either

The staff are too lazy to do a through job, worst CU in the area, and their app is poorly designed, bank elsewhere.
App is real easy to use . Shous you everything you need. No adds ever pop up
Can't use it because of something that happened about 2 years ago and they won't let me do anything on my phone no sense to ask me questions about the app I can't use it.
Never lets me log in, says tocu has stopped. Please try again. Never opens for me.

the directions to set up the account confusing. The option that members should choose is the tiny, less obvious option. the app will not update in it's own, so for recent updates you have to manually uninstall and reinstall the app. If you get an error when making transfers to external accounts, call the office. You have to make a request to enable external transfers.app tends to crash if you leave it minimized for longer than a minute. Notifications disappear to quickly to read or not at all
