Great stuff - but look into the responsive level and the tabs in detail - data doesn't load or not accurate. Overall amazing move.
Keep asking me if I want to update the New Version which I said yes a few times and nothing happened. I uninstalled and installed the app a few times and it's still the same issue! This is the only reason I'm not giving a 5*
Unable to use on my Redmi Note 9. Been stucked for almost 2 months with the Dev team. Now it works with Redmi Note 10 after they updated to version 2.26.
This is the worst app ever. It constantly freeze up which slow production and affect customer service.
Slow, not alot you can do on it. Not user friendly. Cannot update the app!

Very slow on android phone.
Raising tickets should allow more than 1 file for upload to streamline the process.

Still need tons of improvements but have great potential to support teams in efficiently running the center. I like that it can be mobile and the possibility of addressing customer's queries immediately while walking around the center.
