Need Ticket Scanning option urgently !
You can't treat tickets on the go. Which makes this app useless in how my company uses teamleader. I'm by far not the only one, and I see responses from the devs there is a lack of demand for the tickets feature. Very sad to see.

Can you please add access to tickets
Constantly logs me out and it's problematic to log back in. The password field also behaves weird. It automatically shift to caps (which a password field shouldn't) and there's a weird blink. Additionally I can't add tasks. I can press the save button, but nothing happens. I can only cancel. Will be using the old app until this version works.
After all this time there is still no way to deal with tickets on a phone. The app doesnt support it and the dashboard is not responsive, pretty sad in 2021... edit: Customer support thought by "responsive" I meant the site was offline/unreachable, above I meant the webdesign is not responsive and thus confirms that teamleader does not work for using the ticket system on the go.
