TeamLinkt - Sports Team App

It's still in development and it shows: frequently doesn't log in even after redownloading the app, profile security inconsistencies, notifications act inconsistently, the layout isn't bad, but takes some getting used. I like the overall idea and some of the features when they work. I'm hoping to improve my rating as they continue to build out the app.

Registration forms badly broken - support ignores you or gives you the runaround. Security for fom fields is buggy and editing reg forms fails. You get stuck with partially correct information on registration forms. No direct access with support instead you are required to go through slow account managers who do a poor job relaying information and take days to update you on issues only to be told everything works fine. This is the easiest app to use to make your players frustrated.

The process of entering tennis scores is not at all intuitive. Took me a while to figure it out, but realize the app was built primarily for team sports.

I love this app for managing teams, schedules and availability, but recently it has been non stop crashing/freezing and saying "Recovery from Error". Another issue is that we often have to wait long after the game is over before we can input the scores and submit to the league.

Any chance you could make it so the livestreaming option could be done in landscape mode? Really hard to watch anything, especially sports in vertical video.

Great so far. Would be nice to use Google Play balance to remove ads.

Terrible that the volume for notifications is always full Blast. I tried everyone I could think of and everything Google showed me to fix it and it's still too loud. Please introduce a notification volume control and I will change my rating to 5 stars!

Very easy to find my team's as I am a grandma I find this app very easy

Does the job but fails on a lot of Quality of Life aspects. I cannot find any way to set seasons with this app. We have a team, new season starts, we'd like to keep stats but last seasons stats are bleeding into this seasons. Why cant we designate seasons? Secondly the stats are pretty bare bones, no games played options, no goalie options at all. From a UX design standpoint the navigation is also sub par and unnecessarily cumbersome. If you want an app for your team to do the basics, schedule, chat, general info, etc then Teamlinkt will work for you with some work.

Truly unreliable. Doesn't load when you click on the app. And I do not receive latest updates from my team.

As much as I want to love this app, I had to turn off the notifications because the app sends a notification for EVERY new chat message. As soon as it only notifies me once if there are new messages, I'll fully support this app. In response: The difference with other apps is I don't get a new notification every time a message is sent to a group. I only get a notified when there are new messages that I haven't read yet...not for every message that I haven't read.

ok. Navigation is not intuitive and not customizable.

i had some issues with the app after using it for several months. tech support responded immediately and the issue was fixed before i had time ro reapond to their first message bavk indicating that they hd received my request. very impressed with the customer support. the app also works well for what i need.

I can't get notifications. If i want to see what messages have been posted, I have to constantly go in and check the app. I have every setting set to receive notifications...yet no notifications. This app is so frustrating. I wish my team was using a different app!!

I am managing a team and overall I like the app. I would love the option of getting updates when a players Availability status changes. I had a player change their status last minute and I didnt know until they showed up in the dressing room. Also, it appears that there are some glitches. Last week I could enter the goals and assists (names appeared) today on a different game...no players appear in this section. Tried on both an apple and an android with the same results.

Cannot get app to open without it crashing. Have tried a number of times to reinstall but the issue comes back. Quite disappointing Edit - Thank you for the fast response. App now works as intended.

What a run around. Got a link for my son's team, I registered by email, downloaded the app, and the app won't recognize that I accepted the invite for the team. Instead, it asks me if I'm a coach or parent. You select parent and it wants some code to the team you're invited to. I log back in on browser and shows I'm already part of that family/team? 🤷‍♂️ EDIT #1: CS was fast at correcting the issue. Changed from 2 to 3 stars. Would give more but haven't had a chance to use it yet.

Great app for minor sports teams. Easy to use and very functional. Lots of great features like collecting money, availability and photos.

Great App that is simple to use. The developers have put in a lot of time and effort and it shows. Team Snap had the market cornered for awhile. Nice to have some options. Keep up the good work!

clunky interface. default notification settings are overwhelming push notification and email for every change in schedule? no option for a daily/weekly digest instead of instant notification.

My beach volleyball league started using this so they could easily notify teams if games get cancelled but the app spams so many notifications that I was forced to turn them off, which defeats the whole point of having an app.

Great sports management app. Continually updating with new great features. Has become the new go to app for both hockey and baseball alike. Great job TeamLinkt!!!
