So for some reason my workplace switched to this scheduling app from Hotschedules. Within the first day I'm already annoyed. There's no android calendar integration, so I can't see my shifts on the calendar I use for everything else without inputting every one manually, there's no dark mode, the main calendar function is weird as hell, and the only messaging supported is through the app. I'm hoping either my manager will switch us back or this developer can add some much needed features.
As an employee and an administrator, your product leaves a lot to be desired. It's needlessly cumbersome, definitely a case of form over function. The recent update has made it impossible for half my staff to access their schedule as the app updated but doesn't register as having done so. Shift trade and release is needlessly difficult as well. Please take these into account and try to start working ease of use into your program.
This app is overly complicated, and not as useful as other scheduling apps. It doesn't show your clock ins and outs, it doesn't show total hours scheduled or worked, and it doesn't show money claimed per shift. The calendar is a big colorful jumble, it highlights everything except the day you're on. For some reason, unassigned shifts are listed on a different page from server released shifts. They should have consulted with some people who actually work in restaurants before they released this.
Not user friendly on Android. If there is more than 10 shift available for pick up, I can't bare them all. It only shows the last 10, not the rest. Also it shows shifts for pick up which I shouldn't be able to pick up because I'm already scheduled to work.
In the past, it was possible to see the names of the team whilst looking at a daily schedule. Now it's just a bunch of color coded bars with the times and no names. It doesn't help not knowing who's on the schedule for a particular day. It would help if you reverted to the earlier format.
As a manager, I find this app a great option to get messages across, communication is a breeze, schedules are easy. No more lost written requests, issues with the schedule are easily resolved, this app has made managing a little bit less stressful. Thank you.
I admire the easy communication with all team members and shift leaders because no one is behind on the newsfeed of the team. There is a section to see your future scheduling and there is a section to see of you want to pickup acheduling or drop a schedule. This app is incredibly organized for jobs and i recommend this tovmany employers/employees to use this app- its very easy to read, quick to get the job done and easy to get the job done.
The app asks me to download the update. However I'm getting redirected to Google play store where the option isn't available. How am I supposed to use the app without the update option and on top of that,it's not allowing me to login onto the app
Bad. Largely intuitive but runs poorly and is missing entire features/suites on Android like profiles and "the wall". Similarly, this app fails to load certain features that are available.
Absolutely rubbish never update my shifts I any get notified by emails the app is terrible.
Doesn't allow me to request days off. Sends me emails, yet tells me it doesn't have my email address when I try to log on through my computer. Displays work listings out of sequence. Doesn't sync with Google calendar
Keeps updating every other week, doesn't send proper notifications. I use it for my job but it doesn't show accurate information sometimes.. needs improvements
Sooooooooooooooo slooooww.. sometimes doesn't open with wifi, other times open JUST on wifi. Changing any schedule view takes forever to load and you get errors anyway halfway.
This app just updated on my phone and now whenever I go into it the app just crashes and exits out. Earlier before the app updated it was working perfectly fine and now it just crashes whenever I try to go into it.
I can't log in to see my schedule. You keep telling me my password is wrong. When i request for a new password you never send me a new link to my email to change it. Fix your app and i will change my rating. Till then its rubbish!!!!!
I can't even log in. Its saying invalid credentials then again all apps are rubbish nowadays. I'll just use the regular Internet for it. Takes up less space too. Diabolical. Why have an app if you can't even use it....
The app is telling there's an update so I can't open it to see my team this morning. I updated it two days ago and there are no other updates available. I need to be able to see my schedule even if there's an update I can't get to right now...
The definition of an app that is not designed to be scaled. Extremely slow and horrible UI. It can't get any worse than this.
Use hotschedules, not this train wreck. Weekly crashes, ui is sluggish, and I can't stop the frequent email notifications.
Every time it updates, TeamLive/Harri becomes even MORE of a garbage app. Not letting me go in to pick up/release shifts, among other bugs.
It won't let me use it when I open it because it says there's an update available. When I go here, it says it's already updated. Uninstalled and reinstalled it, and I still get the message.
This app worked perfectly fine b4 the update.. now u can not tell who is coming in. It only shows times.. as an opener to a store I need to know which person comes in at wha time not just the times.. come on go back to the names
Great way to share info between all your coworkers. It's hard to get the whole staff of a restaurant together but luckily you can keep up with what's happening on your news feed.
No more stupid phone chains and group texts, this app does lets you talk to your coworkers in one spot so you can swap and get extra shifts.
won't update 😕 either way it's not a great app . it barely functions on its best days . unfortunately I need it to see my work schedule so if anyone of importance reads this just know a sh☆tty app is better than no app
App works alright. Takes forever to load. It would be really useful if there was a widget for this app as well.
The worst! I'm fairly certain no one consulted the actual end user at all before launching this app. Unfortunately it is required for my job. Horrible app.

This app is bad. It can't save your login data, it signs you out randomly, the few times I tried to use the messaging function it sent to the wrong person months later. Somehow it is possible for management to change your schedule and you not get any notifications; text, email, or push notifications.
