We use TeamReach to schedule pickleball play. It's nice to see who is playing and when. Messaging, both direct and to the entire group as well as the ability to add photos & files are also helpful. Today the TeamReach app kept closing down despite trying various fixes. I contacted TeamReach Support and they created a new version which resolved my issue. I also had a functionality question which they handled, each within an hour which is unheard of these days.
I've been using this app since summer. When a new event is posted I only get notified like 10% of the time and if I do then it's several hours late. Totally unreliable. Missed many events because of this. I disabled battery saver just in case but it didn't make a difference.
This is a great app I have been using for some time however I just tried to open any of my groups and it kicks me out completely. I have tried restarting my phone, re installing the app but still keeps doing the same things. It says the app keeps crashing. Would very much like some assistance to get this fixed please.
Worked well for the past 2 years, but stopped working today. Keeps getting a message that the app has a bug. Have cleared the cache, restarted my phone and uninstalled and reinstalled the app. It's still not working. Able to get in on my Apple, but not my Android.
It worked well for about four months and then it kept shutting every time I tried to open it. I had to delete and reinstall the app. When I went back to my groups I had to create a new profile but couldn't delete my old profile so I had two profiles in the same group. When I joined my other group the group name didn't show up on my home screen. So now I'm in my second group twice with no way of getting to it. Extremely frustrating!!!
It has made playing pickleball manageable! Couldnt do without it! Also extended to social events - no end to the doors it opens. Customer support team OUTSTANDING! Address all issues timely, and uses input to create new releases for improved features - they care about their users!
Love this app. I just wish you had the option to write more in the chat. I like to do a team write up at end of game and have to keep writing in the comments and it gets messy
Great for communicatio between members. Also self maintaining as far as editing members, once setup.
Just loaded and really like the front end. Only wish there was a help menu. Some members are struggling. Will look for YouTube videos. I have not explored whether calendar can be linked to a google calendar. We will be using this app to managed communication with our outing club leaders and worker bee's. Not all are either Facebook or on smart phones. This looks like a means to bridge that gap. Addendum: The FAQ is in your Profile setting and is VERY through. Wish there was a pdf download I could use for reference for the less techy troops.
This app is the worst. Constantly kicks you out. Then, won't let you log back in without any kind of error message as to the problem.
I need this app for work and it stopped working today. The app will try to start and then close. My phone is up to date with android 12. I've tried to reinstall the app several times and have also restarted my phone. This is very inconvenient.
App keeps stopping after update App was great last season. Great event/calendar and chat options. Android (Samsung galaxy s10, Android 11 system) updated this weekend. Now App won't let me in my team. It crashes. Ugg. I am the admin for the team and can't use it.
I originally wrote a one star review because after the update prior to today the app crashed. I am here to give this app a five star review. After reaching out to support I was told they had already discovered the problem. The best part is they had already implemented a fix and provided an accurate date the fix would be available. Great app and great support.
I dont know why, but I literally cannot access my teams. The app comes up but as soon as I click on a team I get kicked out. No one else I know is having this issue. Update, the update didnt pop up until I accessed the app store. But all is well!
This app kicks me out every time I change a time zone, then I try to reset my password, and it tells me 'something went wrong'. I've try to reach out to administrators with no response. There are better team apps out there.
*EDIT* Fast fix! What response time! Thanks for listening. Great app. *EDIT* Since the update on 1/25/22, the app crashes anytime I choose my organization to see any new messages, etc. Needs fixing asap!
I love the app but now it will not load. It says A Bug Was Detected. I Uninstaller, Reinstalled, Cleared Cache... So frustrating! And I have plenty of memory. It's a new phone.
the Android version constantly freezes and even when it is working it is extremely sloooow. So I am running Android 8 but my phone is less than 3 years old so I do not understand why it would not be backward compatible. I have over one gig of memory available and do not have problems with any other app. I the comments do not update in a timely manner sometimes taking hours. In order for it to update have to go in and out of the app or back and forth to the calendar in order to update comments.
The most recent update has caused the app to no longer load. It says it has a bug and the developer needs to fix it. I have Uninstalled and installed and still the same.
2/6: When typing out on heading, the entire message MAY NOT show the same for ALL phones. I can send pics of the difference. This is a real problem for first time users unless can be fixed.
Great application, Great customer service. I really liked this app and the team. Thank you so much for fixing the app for me. Here's the story: Since my phone ultra 20 updated, the app is not working and says there's bugs. Now the app is working. Many thanks for teamreach teamwork.
I would like to start off by saying this is my second year using this app, I feel it does a good job getting information out quickly but could be way more organized! It would be nice if the pictures that get uploaded simply stayed in the picture tab, instead of flooding on to the discussion post board. I would like to see a documents tab added. I like to use this app to pass information to parents. But when pictures being submitted fill up the notification or discussion board. And multiple post get submitted for passing info.... Things get lost, and you are stuck scrolling and scrolling and scrolling. I just feel like things get lost in the post tab. It becomes frustrating. I think it would be nice I have you could but a header up for a set time. Example: I posted our apparel order online store link... It would be cool to keep that on the top of the discussion board untill t closes. That way you don't have to scroll down a mile to get the link. Or repost the link every other day. Also, I would like to be able to edit events on the calendar! Great idea in the app, I just don't feel it reaches it's full potential. I will keep using this app but will also be looking to see if there is anything better out there.
I want to be able to give this 5 stars, but sadly, it is not very helpful for my visually impaired members. If you open the app on an ipad or tablet, it is still as tiny as a phone screen-not helpful for people with poor vision when it literally cannot be any bigger. It's also a big downside not having a browser version. I LOVE that it is totally isolated-no "public" worries to have since you need a code and contact info to have someone join your group. This is great for my youth group where there are younger ones who aren't ready for a public interface. I agree with some of the other reviews: the app has a really hard time updating the actual screen to show the comment (or whatever) that I got a notification for. Sometimes I have to restart my phone to get it to show what I know is there. There are also times that I don't get notifications for no reason-these things make it a hard app to rely on.
Messaging is consistently buggy (check nearly every critical review). Notifications appear, but won't load when in the app. I have to manually refresh several times before they eventually show up. The other features are nice, but messaging is the core feature an app like this needs, and my experience with messaging using it is consistently frustrating. I use it because our group does, but I feel like there are better options.
This is the best App for organizing pickleball play. It is a great way to post ad hoc messages to each other if you are thinking about playing and want to check on whether others would be interested. You can set up a calendar for regular play, but also reach out to others on a whim. Very useful for outdoor play when the weather suddenly turns ideal to play. You can form a group for each outdoor court.
Im not a hug fan of apps but this one is awesome. Its simple and easy to use. All of our team's communications and calendar is in one place. Its very easy to stay organized. I had an issue with the app due to my own mistake. I emailed Team Reach support and my issue was resolved within a few hours. I highly recommend this app.
