Slow and crashes often. Availability, text messages, etc always have issues loading - I often can't access these in the app, more often than I can, and I end up missing important chats or unable to access info when I need to. Garbage all around. Once again, chats not being displayed in the app. I have messages from my team that I'm unable to read. Useless.

Unuseable. Simply loading an event page takes upwards of 45 seconds, which is an absolute waste of time when you're perusing multiple different events to decide where to sign up. The user interface is generally fine otherwise, but the fact that the app simply does not load is a solid argument to go elsewhere.

The group texting, schedules, email reminders, and maps are all great features. For a family with multiple children playing for different age groups, I like how easy it is to switch between teams. Overall, I like this app a lot.

The fact that the chat feature is only available in the app, yet the app fails to load new chats sometimes for hours after they're sent, is just ridiculous. If they aren't going to load in the app, no matter how many times I refresh, close out, reopen, etc is very frustrating as a coach! Fix it or make the charts available on the TeamSnap website please.

The current app won't let me login because of a period in my email address. The app reports the address as invalid and won't let me move forward and input my password. I've used previous versions of the app before the pandemic with no trouble. Until this is addressed, I will give the app one star.

Still can't self-assign after reporting this weeks ago. It's spring baseball season and I can't easily with up for umpiring my kid's game. It worked earlier this season, but lately just edits the assignment instead of giving me the option to assign myself. That's necessary functionality for me using this app. Would otherwise be great.

This app is abysmally slow. Loading pages, switching between teams, uploading the chat. Frequent errors loading different sections of the app, especially the chat. Awesome idea, but incredibly aggravating to use. Developers should simply read the reviews.

It's a great way to keep your team organized and it helps with communication. Also it has a ton of extra perks like availability and literally everything . It's the best sports managing app out there .

It works great, but too expensive for what it is. I wish it had the option to erase the "maybe" option from players availability. The players are either coming to a game, yes, or no!!! It's hard to plan a lineup with a bunch of maybes.

Seems like most sports teams use this now, but the performance and reliability is terrible. Frequently times out loading a page, pops up with ads often (even though the teams pay a fee), and is very slow and cumbersome. Not impressed, but unfortunately seems to be very little choice so am stuck using it.

Has always been ok, but recent version on Android on calendar list view keeps changing availability to displaying question mark. Availability IS set of you go into event, but on the list it will flash, go to question mark, and prevent setting. Frustrating to have to go into each event one at a time. This has never happened before.

Great app, but would love to see all-teams schedule view. I am part of 3 teams, all on teamsnap. It would be amazing if I could view, sync and print all three in one view.

Doesn't work as much as it does. Shows there's a message in the chat then won't load in the app-doesn't allow you to open it in browser. The 'funny' comments about loading don't come off as funny when the app doesn't work.

The messaging system in this app could use some improvements in refreshing when opening from a notification and not all of the paid features in the tiers are included as advertised. Over all though it makes team management much easier.

Constantly missing messages due to not receiving a notification. For instance, coach had been messaging the team for 3 weeks, prior to the notification I finally received. Yes, notification settings are turned on, notifications are just inconsistent.

Unfortunately I have to use this horrid app for softball. I have issues with it every year. And with softball season around the corner I redownload this app and tried to sign in but said I didn't put in a valid email address (even though I put in my entire email address). This app has so many bugs and take forever to load anyway. Unless the developers fix the app I will not recommend it to anyone!!

It's not very reliable on Android. Chat alert show up but the actual content doesn't appear in the chat window for hours. Windows are slow to load and the app itself just doesn't work seamlessly every time.

Love how easy and convenient it is to get schedules of games out to my parents. I do wish the chat feature was a little bit easier to navigate. The chat does not allow for a mass delete of old message threads. When new people are added to our roster and we create a new thread for parents, the old threads are still available and I have to manually go in and delete each message separately. Plus the old thread still shows. I also have trouble renaming threads. I edit it and it doesn't update at all

Downgraded b/c now won't load (or refresh: pull down, release) w/ VPN active (non-US & even US servers). I paid for subscription while App VPN-compatible; now during subscription they end functionality for which I paid. More Cons than Pros esp'ly w/ ads even inside paid version (a "reward" i.e. an ad for updating my player's availability--gimme a break). Also, beware intrusive tech not allowing VPN... Now Google decides my orig. review too informative 992 chars--now only allow 500 char!

Used to work great. Now it seems like there is not enough server space. Even in a paid account, switching teams and getting to the details of games takes a long time (greater than 5 minutes) of it even works at all.

Getting the updates as things change is terrific. I'm the grand parent of a team member and having the app is much more convenient then trying to remember the schedule.

Easy to use and easy to communicate with the team. I like the calendar for events where games and practices are on quick view. It also shows weather forecast.

Great functionality overall. Highly depend on it. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is it can be very slow at times. Also I could never figure out how to login as a parent instead of as the kid.

The developers covered all their bases (pun intended) when developing and executing this app! Everything has been thought of: calendar integration, map integration, chat and notification features. And it was executed with precision quality. I have not experienced crashes or glitches. This app simplifies and streamlines team communication. So glad we're using this app for our team!

Used to be a decent app but for some reason lately it's been the slowest ever when loading. Then I read these comments and I understand why. Frustrating to continuously read from the developers lets troubleshoot your device because obviously it can't their app! I'd my device has worked just fine for the few years and I update when I'm supposed too then what changed that I'm now having these issues?

The delay of getting messages is frustrating. A notification will pop up but when you click on it and it takes you to the messages section, the new message will not be there. This happens way too frequently. Happens regardless of how many messages are received. Even whem you just open the app and go to messages, the new message won't be there. Please fix.

Very poor app. The team pays and you still see ads, and the ads are bad, long loading times, buggy notifications and irritating little load screen quotations.
