I'm not really sure what the point of this application is. Teamstuff seems to have re-invented the wheel and created a wobbly square. Everything in this program could be done in a collaborative spreadsheet with the information being more concise, everything present in one page, one view. Instead we get this bizarre Fisher Price clicky thing with obscure messaging system, logins that don't work, data that's not updated reliably having to login/logout etc etc. I just need all the info on one page!! This app is a lesson in how not to do UI/UX, and is also great example of some software guys fixing a problem that doesn't exist to make some money. I can't believe there's a pro version that people actually pay for. Unfortunately my kid's soccer team insists on using it :(
I've left several messages about our problems and I've tried to ask for support and help... NOTHING!.... I've removed this app and switched to SportEasy as a team app and it works fantastic! Group chat, practice and game planning with interactive attendance so I can coordinate practices and games. Too bad TeamStuff never bothered to fix my problem or at least reached out to find a solution... Very disappointed....
very frustrating app. - many popups asking to 'go pro' ($) ... and the new popups are on a delay before you can continue - difficult to find what you are looking for - integration with Google calendar is limited to the time/date...the details are not included (in the free version) - flaky: when you click the link from a teamstuff email, it opens teamstuff, but it gets stuck. it usually works after you switch to a different screen & back I'm using android marshmallow 6.0
App is extremely buggy and frustrating to use. I'm unable to add my child using the "me". He never appears in the roster. Added events never appear in the list. These are the most basic, starting functions. The app UI also looks very dated.
I was totally fine with the app as it is easy to use. The app is not working properly since Mar 6, I keep getting kicked out of the app. As I use the paid version, can your support team assist asap. I don't have issues when I use the pc but on my cell is very disturbing to not be able use. Other parents from our team have the same problem. I can give 4-5 stars as soon I see it working fine
Have been using this for a few years but this season it is crashing and not loading both in app and website. Normally great. I hope it's fixed before our competition starts. Impossible to do my job and coordinate all the teams and draw.
Good app. Slight frustration that I have to update event attendance twice to get it to register for some reason (and then open each event a third time to check it has worked). Could the list of events in the calendar section be colour coded so you don't have to open each one to see what the attendance status is (like the iPhone app does)? Being able to change attendance status on multiple events (e.g. training sessions for the next two months) would also be useful.
Very slow and crashes each time I schedule a new training or game. At times it takes several minutes to retireve profiles and end up with an error. Not fast. Not handy. Have to struggle with the app to do simple things. Need a performance improving update soon..
App should provide an option to advise when a player is not available for a game, rather than be pestered to update App that a player will be playing. App notifications drive me crazy, so I have disabled them. I constantly need to login when I start the app, none of my other apps prompt me to log in all of the time. App is very, very slow to respond.
Sadly nothing good to say about this app. Other comments say it all. For the love of all that is good and kind, if it could just remember login details and load schedules and game details in a sensible amount of time, I might forgive the awful UX and constant nags to go Pro. Would never choose to use this but am forced to by the club. Developers should look to fix the basics. Please.
I love TeamStuff. they put out a good product at an affordable price. Been using it for 3 years. I tried out lots of others but Teamstuff beat them on either price or features. Will agree though that the desktop experience is better than the app.
Website is good, but app is very cumbersome. Odd layout, takes several steps to get the most important sections such as schedule. Also notifications don't work at all, support wasn't able to help.
Works much better on desktop. The app is difficult to navigate. I don't get push notifications. The profile pictures load sideways. If the soccer league didn't use this I would definitely delete it.
I uninstalled and installed this app many times. Push Notifications are not coming through at all. I even checked Android settings to see if they are getting blocked. I don't have those. I even enabled don't put Teamstuff app to sleep, so that it's not being restricted from background activity. No push notifications at all. When I open the app, under alerts tab I see notifications/updates. Is that what you call push notifications?
Entered all the data for an upcoming event. Tapping "Save" is a pointless discovery of false advertising. Forget this app for doing anything useful for the team, try browsing online instead.
Like most comments said already. I have used this app for many years and all of a sudden this year it's having a problem. Took forever to get most parents the invite email. Emails about practice cancellations coming in days after. Tried to contact support on here no luck. This used to be so good now, ehh.
Uograded to Pro, get no alerts, dimmed in Apple and Android devices, able to set notifications for email but get nothing EVER! My child is in 2 organisations using this app and it's a huge problem. And Pro is an annual fee! hate it
I'm using this app for 3 years now and upgraded to PRO I personally love it but all my parents who aren't PRO seem to have a lot of trouble with the app. so fix it or make it cheaper for recreational coaches to upgrade for the whole team that way you make your money and everyone is happy to use it
Cool app with all basic features every team need. We use it as kids team management system. However, some parents don't receive push notifications and support is not answering. Will give 5 stars as soon as push notifications will be fixed and support will answer.
Don't always trust it to give the whole picture. Also, e-maIl alerts to tell you you've got alerts. Seems a bit daft. Have one system or the other. Easier I suspect for coaches.
Errors galore. Wish I hadn't signed up for the pro version. Upload photos and they won't even show, app just keeps crashing. Poor.
Local basketball team mandated we use this app to communicate to parents for rostering games and duties. To get the duties scheduled the app forced us to buy the Pro version to perform the duties function. It would have been so much easier to use SMS, WhatApp or email to coordinate parents.
User unfriendly app. Makes managing teams and players unintuitive. There has to be a better option other than Teamstuff
The app doesn't update fast enough and randomly crashes in the middle of use. Website works fine.
It worked really well until this season. I upgraded to pro and now it doesn't send notifications I send to players or reminders. I contacted teamstuff and got no reply.
The Teamstuff platform is great on computer. But the teamstuff app is very buggy and ruins the experience. Some of the issues: long loading times; frequent error messages; a few times I entered a training schedule and it wouldn't save at the end because of an unknown error. When it works it is a really great app.
