Works perfectly after rebooting phone and reinstalling. UPDATE. It seems like it has an issue after first opening. Reinstall, open ,works. Close, no longer works and is stuck at the account list. You can choose anything. Adding and removing the account doesn't do anything. I have to reinstall for it to work again one time. I do see a quick pop-up asking for Storage permission but it goes away and gets stuck at the account screen. Hope that helps.
Perfect for keeping up with tickets on the go. Very similiar to the desktop version. Able to process and close out some tickets right from the app. Would get 4 stars if the ability to add tags was included. In some cases tags are vital and required for our team so the lack of that feature is significant.
I love Desk! And the mobile app is a great complement to its more mature, feature-rich desktop version. Perfect for quickly checking tickets while on the go!
Useless. Downloaded so I could answer tickets with screenshots from my phone but it doesn't allow attachments in replies so I'm stuck emailing attachments to myself to attach on desktop which is what I was trying to make more efficient.
Great work. I guess If this desk feature is added to the actual Teamwork app instead of having separate, it'd have been more better.
No ability to create a new ticket is crazy. Also, it would be nice to have the ability to navigate between other Teamwork apps i.e. Project, CRM
Sub Par Notification Settings. I want the option to set notification that I receive a ticket for.

This app is not to the quality or standards of the Teamwork Brand. It looks cheap and locks up many times. The web interface and even teamwork projects app look and work much better.
It's not useful and completely lacks features that are available to the website version. You can't @mention people in notes, you can't even filter tickets. It's completely useless. The mobile version of their website is more useful and even that is terribly lacking.
'bad json response' errors, lack of features, and no updates for a long time
Pointless app.. Very hard to find what you want. If you follow a ticket link you just get dumped on the main page and have to search for it, doesn't auto complete @includes. I always end up having to resort to the phones browser. Waste of time.
Please give us notifications, add new ticket and automatic draft save on messages like on PC
Let us add tickets via the app and it will become 100% more useful

Cant login with google sso. Useless as it wont take my password.
The app is usable. I know resources for apps aren't always there, I take it that's the case with this. Spread the resources I know. Push notifications are a must. Using Material guidelines would be great if possible. The only app along these lines that ever really impressed me is the new Basecamp app. Hope to see it reach and exceed that level for both Desk and Projects 👍 Thanks for always doing frequent updates. I know you are all working hard to improve it with the resources you have. Keep it up
Getting better. Still some loading between screens in the interface, but better than before. Push notifications would be nice!
I love the UI. But, would be excellent if the app could give a notification (alert) when a new ticket comes.
The UI needs a major makeover.
This is a great improvement over using the web browser.

I like the revamp. Seems like a wrapper on a responsive site. One feature I'd like to see worked in is an account switcher.
