I love the app, the only issue I have is with mobile check deposit. The imaging process cuts off the right side of the screen so I have to take a distance image then the quality drops.other than that I love the app and Tech CU!
I love the security over my account and the service is delightful and the tellers are very helpful and nice 👍 Best thing that happen to me in 2021 opening this acct 😀
12/21/2021 Had to uninstall app again and than install again to gain access Had to remove app then reinstall it in order to access. No complaints Excellent application
I don't have much experience with banking apps but I like this one and it is easy to figure out.
I love that I can transfer money to my checking account when my checking is low....the app is very easy to use and understand..... I also like the messages that they send when you go into your account keeping you updated.
Taking the picture of checks to deposit is worse than before. Moving my phone around trying to capture the whole check is difficult. It skips around.
The app made it easy to handle my accounts whether I am transferring from one account to another or just reconciling my accounts. I also love the convenience of not having to go to the bank for everything. Keep up the good work.
I like it. First time user, it seemed very efficient.
Super convenient, easy to use for my purposes. Mostly just use it to check my balances and check deposits and have never had any issues
Easy and quick to use once set up. And now they've made it fully horizontal-view--compatible so I'm upgrading my rating from 4 stars to 5.
Great credit union .. glad I was able to re open account after 19 years of not being with them .. only reason i ever left was because they were not in florida and it made banking harder back then when online banking was not available ..
Very convenient. I've used the mobile app about a year. I like that it's now enhanced to automatically take a picture of my deposits.
would be t stars but cannot deposit check using Pixel 3. app almost useless without this function. it worked just fine on my last phone. PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE
The App is OK... It would be GREAT, OUT OF THIS WORLD,PERFECT... if it had Zelle so that I can Transfer From Chase Account instead of going to the Credit Union or Taking Pictures of a Check...
Can't transfer to external account from my mobile phone. Have to use tablet or laptop. Very irritating when I'm not at home.
User friendly... notifications of website down time are very timely. Would like a better experience when transferring money to an outside acct

Banking online can destroy the trusted connection between a customer and their bank. Not at Tech CU; they are an old fashioned neighborhood financial institution. Information and transactions are simple and I can always get answers to my questions, from real people who answer my call or call me back next business day.
Great app and has many options for notifications and alerts . And biometric sign in available also

easy to use bill pay, and the best part...no postage to pay.
Most of the app is user friendly, but since an update (summer 2021), there's a problem with transferring money to accounts of other users. I have it set up so I can transfer money to two of my sons. It used to show a name on their accounts. Now it just shows the account number, so I need to remember which is which. Then when I click on it, even the account number goes away. I hope the developers see this review and correct that problem.
