Disappointing. Not as good as the Tech Expert that we used to have. At the beginning of my chat with the expert, he left for 15 minutes (maybe fell asleep). To help with my internet problem, he gave me a huge list of instructions. It didnt help much, just deleted most of my settings. Sigh.The previous tech expert could even dial into my phone to help, not this one.
So far, so bad. Tech Expert was quite good but this (Sprint Complete) seems like a typical attempt to dehumanize customer support. I was given the option to CALL or CHAT. I tried the call option numerous times - did not even work. Then submitted my issue on chat and received a message that a response will take a few minutes. Bad form anyway but after four minutes - no response. UPDATE: did receive chat responses from friendly reps but still not the efficiency of Tech Expert's quick live access.
Went to the Sprint store to check out phones to upgrade. I was told since I was in the system I had to get the Tmobile card. In two days I have had more issues than the 10+ years with Sprint. Can't retrieve my voicemail, can't log on to Tmobile site. Doesn't recognize my passcode I have used for years. Not happy at all.
People are great. App is cartoonish & not at all flexible (like Apple; one way...ours because we want to do it that way). Could be "a bit" more technical without losing the user instead of providing "cards" from which to choose & "waiving" suggestions when I'm trying to type my question.
Unless I don't have permissions set up correctly, this app is garbage and a waste of time and space. I could swear that when you type in the search bar it only returns answers or hits from what is in a database already loaded with basic questions or searches they think you might input. The app's link to contact an agent does not work unless I need to give the app phone permissions. I did enable Device Administrator permission. If I am at fault, I apologize for trashing the app and will edit.
If I could give it 0 I would. It just says " welcome to sprint complete, let's get started by adding your phone number to your account" after that, nothing. I cant enter no number, theres no buttons or options on the screen for me to tap. I've closed the app multiple times, uninstalled it multiple times and still nothing.
This app consists of a constant string of dozens of texts but no actual help. It is apparently a bit that doesn't even remember what was said, nor comprehend issues, it's only solution is to reprovision. Much worse than nothing. It's now quicker to change carriers than to solve Sprint tech problems.
Tech Expert (apparently now called Sprint Complete) has been a great way to get customer service and IT assistance without having to be on hold on the phone. You send a message through the app, they may not answer immediately but once they do you have the chance to chat and troubleshoot in real time and can screenshot the chat if you want to save the information for later. I've also been able to get answers about other lines on my plan.
Just downloaded the app. Tried to open it, and it says "Oops! There seems to be a connectivity issue. Try again." Same thing, over and over. Uninstalled. Re-installed. Will not connect. All other apps on my phone are working fine. Oh, and it verified "this app is compatible with all of your devices." (I only have one device, Samsung Galaxy Note 9.) 😑
I was connected to an agent right away who answered my question very quickly. He even waited for me to install the app, set it up and try it out just in case I had any more questions. I was skeptical of yet another one of sprints newest apps but it does everything that it says it does with surprising speed and friendly service.
Horrible experience with their insurance. Wouldn't replace my broken screen saying there was something wrong with it. Tmobile checked it out year later and said there was nothing wrong with it and that the insurance lied. Then had issues when tmobile and sprint merged. they told us we were the only ones having problems. They wouldn't diagnose the phones or help at all except the whole resetting network like 5 separate occasions. Was told to change carriers by a manager.
Support is very helpful and reliable, but the app itself is faulty. When opening via notification, the keyboard pops up, but the message bar doesnt rise. When opening the app normally, it doesnt clear message notifications. I ran across this bug where every letter i typed would close the keyboard. Just bugs like these, and countless amounts of them too, build up to this unstable mess. (And yes, I'm using the system default keyboard)
Placed TMiserable SIM in my phone - service shut off - no internet only when connected to the wifi i pay for and can only make calls and they also drop and say incomplete activation error code 407. In looking this up phone seems to think its locked. TMiserable has been no help, of course not. Telling me to buy a new phone. This is a new phone. Looks as if we need to change carriers.
I downloaded this app to try it out. Once downloaded. i noticed I Downloaded an empty app. I could ask a question. But did not get an answer. I looked around the app. It was basically empty. If you are going to create an app. Make sure it has some type of functions. Sprint complete is far from being complete. I agree It was a complete waste of my time to download a crappy app.
Not happy!! I've used this app before and tech was able to solve my issue. Received my Galaxy S10 and it will not connect to my wifi. However my Laptop and other devices are connected and working perfectly. The only thing he tells me to do is restart my router....after telling him it didn't solve the problem he never responded.
I had some technical problems with my Voicemail app, had then downloaded a third party app, Youmail, which failed me greatly. I used this to get tech help to fix the problem. I've been going through a big health concern, & had been missing crucial calls. Health risk info. I needed help with this asap. A tech support worker helped me fix this big problem very simply & quickly after trying a few options. I highly recommend using this app: real time help & you can exit & return w/o losing that tech
Sprint offered the 30-day trial no money cost at the end. And I canceled within 24 days and sent them their stuff back. And now they have me in collections for 3 months of bills. I didn't even have it for a full month but they're still billing me and they will not retake the charges. I disputed it. And they still say that it's valid because I broke the equipment charge. Do not trust Sprint for any reason.
Been with Sprint over ten years & pretty satisfied with our service. Since T- Mobile took over it has been terrible. Network is bad even in my home, connection/ reception is bad, calls dropped... list goes on. I was hopeful it was just some transitiom period bumps but now it has been too long for that. Looking at switching my family plan somewhere else. Very disappointed since T Mobile became involved.
It opens and goes straight to a white screen, nothing else. I've waited minutes and nothing. I have 75gb storage available. I have wifi and everything else works fine. RAM is also fine. Yet I pay $300 a month for two phones and the support app doesn't work.
I am giving 0 zero stars to Sprint/T-mobile as I have had nothing But problems since the merger. Worst experience I have had since the arrival of cell phones! BOO to T-mobile. It wouldn't let me post without a Star but NO stars for you T-mobile.
Pretty good on the 1st try. But the screen goes away on the survey and that is very annoying so you give a 3 until you fix It. The suggested 2 minute survey took up to 20 minutes for me to complete. Very annoying Did I mention how very annoying it is ? Yeah so it's really annoying!
Horrible! Since I've switched, I can't get ahold of the right people to find out why my phone when attempting to connect to Wi-Fi calling states problem loading management page. I just got this s20 two days ago and can't get it to work. Tried there ##72786# reset all of it and nothing. Worst part is calling them is horrible, cause always in roam. So I download this app to help. Well guess the hell what, doesn't load. Great stuff guys, great customer service, network and product support 😠
don't know if it's this app or the mysprint app, but one of them keeps automatically signing my up for trial versions of things like premium voice mail & call screener. I don't recall giving sprint permission to do such a thing. I can't tell you how, as a 16 year sprint customer (even when they weren't my best options financially or reliability) they have completely gone to hell in a handbasket. Their customer service agents, amazing, the company, has begun to mistreat loyal, longtime customers.
So disgusted with this app. It's been more than 24 hours since I've contacted tech help via the app, nothing. I've called as well as left a chat message. The call sends me right back to the app. I'm ready to give up Sprint altogether. My phone is using an extended network and nothing I do will fix it. Horrible service. Useless app.
developers you need to fix the app. I've had to unfortunately install this on multiple phones and it literally just sits there on the screen where it says "lets get started by entering your mobile number" and never prompts to ask for my phone number. I constantly have to uninstall and reinstall to get it to work. yall need to fix this.
CAUTION DO NOT USE IF YOU EXPECT PRIVACY. If you use the app to call an expert using its call app button, it will keep your call live well after making it. It drained my battery by doing so. And no call through the app connected me to a human after I discovered it. The app simply kept disconnecting after the requisite 'this call may be recorded' message. UNINSTALLING. There's something wrong with this app. No one needs that level of access permanently.
