This app has been the best help for getting my replacement phone set up. The technician, Maximillian, was so helpful and walked me through everything. And when the replacement phone was the wrong one, he went the extra mile to get that dealt with quickly and then even checked back to make sure it all went well with the replacement for the replacement. Definitely will use this app for any tech help!
Such a breath of fresh air for real. This company if you haven't already noticed. Is constantly looking for a new avenue to better their ability to provide you (me) with the best overall and all encompassing mobile /home internet experience that there is. I'm a customer. Have been since the HSPA+ days. Was looking at my screen when it popped a LTE logo on the notification bar for the 1st time. It was absolutely beautiful to be apart of the growth of this company. This was before LTE was common.
I have the s21 phone and when I bought it and activated it it came with this and McAfee and so I got double the protection and it was free and I haven't had a problem with my phone since. please remember to enable the app once you install it, or else it won't work. As far as the app running, I have no issues with. The backend is severely flawed. Firstly, the verification must be sent to the number you verified your enrollment with, that's fine. The fact that you ONLY can file a claim with that number makes the app virtually useless. If am able to "file" a claim on the same phone I verified my account on, that phone obviously has no issues. Please make it where one can file on a different line on one's Tmobile account, otherwise it's virtually useless
Customer services are Direct and very knowledgeable about all their services. The phone that I did have was not able to be replaced so they upgraded my phone to the one I have now. With the many questions I had about the new phone I was receiving their patience with me were outstanding. Assurent P<360> is one of T-Mobile's top services available in my opinion, thank you T-Mobile. And thank you Assurent P<360> too.

It's now the second time that I've had to use them and must admit they are so nice and easy to work with!! I work in a very demanding job and unfortunately due to the physical activities at work my phone was damaged. They are very helpful and beyond understanding.
So disappointed with T-Moble,, I purchased 4 phones for business & have many pr.. Sometimes it sounds like an alien 👽talking.. When I make a call it takes forever to connect or it doesn't connect at all. Never had these problems with Metro! Yes, I know they're the same network but so much better. Thinking of going back
Doesn't even open after this wonderful "update" we were promised. Oh well, don't use it much anyway. Have an S10 that's fairly new so doubt it's my phone. Update: Looks like the problem was fixed but again, I really don't use this app that much and hope I never have to since if you're using it a lot, then you have lots of problems and issues with your phone.😁
I just spent over 30 minutes trying to file a claim for a cracked screen. After reading online to "download the app to file a quick claim" it asked me may info on the app then told me to call to "finish my claim", the had me REENTER all the info with the automated system, just to transfer me to a live person after I did all that.... just so she could ask me ALL THE SAME VERIFICATION QUESTIONS AGAIN and then REPEAT EACH ANSWER back to me. The WORST claim processing I've ever done.
What is this even good for? The "Additional features" do nothing. Other than that you can file a claim.. better hope your device is good enough to do that from the app. Bloatware, this can be found online without eating storage and memory on your device.
What a garbage app. It refuses to use a wifi connection for data. Relies strictly on LTE/5g. So when I don't have reception, which is almost always on TMobile, nothing loads. Even on a 100gbps wifi, this app might as well be trying to function on a dial-up connection.
So I just installed the 360 protection app and I open it and it says it's going to take 3 days for me to see it in my information?? That just seems a little silly. It has literally zero information on my protection plan. I wouldn't have even downloaded it if I would have known how little convenience this app actually provides 🤣 Description of the app clearly states how convenient it makes everything for you?? Not so much it fell flat on its face
since I've switched to TMobile it's been nothing but completely different from the other companies. I'm not sure what it is but I've not met one employee that wasn't nice and helpful. I want to say thank you to the commerce ga store employees and to the ones on the phone, TMobile should be proud of those employees. thanks for making everything that could go wrong so easy for me. Well this is more of a review of t-mobile service as opposed to the 360 app. The app is just basic, with the ugly magenta all over the ui. You can't even force the app to go into dark mode. As for the service, t-mobile promised to keep few same features that sprint had (I was a 20 year customer of sprint). Sprint use to charge if you had insurance $35 to replace the screen, now it $99. Asurion was a good insurance provider, now they switched to a more expensive carrier.
Both the application and the website are terrible. They tell you to go to the website to follow up on your claim or upload documents, that's a joke. He service in general is sub-par to say the least. The process and experience was much better in 2020-2021. I don't know what changed, but I sure wish we had better options.
This app was previously working flawlessly now it will not display any of my information. I was already considering taking the insurance policy on my phone considering it's ridiculously expensive. If this app doesn't get fixed soon I just might drop the insurance off my phone like I've been considering
UPDATE THIRD LG STYLO 6 PHONE FROM T-MOBILE IN JUST ABOUT A YEAR. NONE OF THE (3) PHONES HAVE WORKED PROPERLY. THE LAST T-MOBILE REP ACTUALLY SAID: "WHY WOULD THEY GIVE ME A WORKING PHONE, IF I PLANNING TO SWITCH?" GIVING NO THOUGHT TO IF I GOT A GOOD WORKING PHONE, I MAY NOT SWITCH. BUT HE WAS JUST AS NASTY & UNCONCERNED AS EVERY OTHER T-MOBILE REPRESENTATIVE. SWITCHING FROM T-MOBILE NOW! forced to pay because t-mobile reneged on agreement to replace original defective phone at no cost to me.
I don't know why people have had problems with this company I've been with T-Mobile ever since they started doing business in USA and I was with Voicestream before T-Mobile took over. In about 20 years I never had any problem with them or Assurant the insurance company, although I've been having warranty exchange and replacements, even free upgrades for different brands and models within 24 to 48 hrs. (I guess I've been too lucky)
App doesn't work. Nothing but a pink screen with a chat bubble that when opens 3 options that you can click. Each option tells you to call an 800 umber. Has none of the functionality or features shown in the pictures or description of the app.
App is nice, customer is inefficient. as soon as I downloaded the app it was able to tell me the model of my phone, that I was with T-Mobile, and what my complete coverage was and my co-pays 👍. But..The nightmare starts when calling customer support to confirm claims. I was told that I had to reconfirm all my information again, email a full copy of my T-Mobile bill to them for claim approval! The App confirmed & retrieved aaaall the info, but you need it again...sounds like fraud.
Since I first hooked up with TMobile and Assurant, I've had the absolute worst experience of my life!'42 dropped calls the first day! I can't make or receive calls from my home! My wife broke her insured phone on Sept 30 and now, Oct 11 no sign of the replacement so she has no phone. Can't sign into the apps! If you're thinking of switching to TMobile DONT! I'm out $270 in the first month and still have no service! Looking actively for another provider!
This is useful only on the device that your on. I have several covered devices and have to access the other phones through themselves. With no computer I can't access the watches. The insurance itself and the handling of claims is definitely 5 star, and the app developer is aware and involved. I'm sure that soon multiple devices will be supported and I will happily be giving the fifth Star.
I can't really say at this moment. I just downloaded the app and installed it. When I try to use it, it says it needs time to verify my phone. Considering that I've had this Samsung A71 5G for a month now, I would think that information would be instantly available via T-Mobile, my carrier, since they apparently own this app. I'll update this comment when and if the app begins to do what is claimed.
OMG WORRY FREE ??? $249.00. 250 Really. When did TWO HUNDRED & FIFTY become worry free. Send monies in quick to get reconnected. Could be worse I guess, $499.00 was the next tier. 500 bucks is ridiculous! I've needed so many replacement for purchasing BRAND NEW DEFECTIVE PHONE. Not 1 ONE time have I purchased a used/refurbished phone and NOT ONE TIME have I been sent a new phone. I have been sent 6 defective Note 4's in a row. They ran out and replaced with a Note 8, used of course.
This is an insane company apparently run by children. 1st problem is that i entered that i has a damaged screen only which is supposed to cost $29.00. The program entered it as a a $99 damaged device claim but even then wouldn't accept my one and only address and kept going in circles endlessly. It said it might take extra time to for some reasonverify my address. I accepted that and hit continue and then over and over wnt back to the original screen with the same statement and in no way would m
Along with the website this is one of the worst apps I've ever seen. I filed a claim and was approved but the claim got lost/deleted. I was still billed for the claim however even though Assurant has no record of a claim being filed on the billing date. I've also uploaded 3 documents that never got attached to my claim, preventing me from proving that they took an extra $99 from my account with nothing to show for it.
Technical support doesn't help at all when you tell them an issue matching many others and it happens to be their network merger with Verizon from what I have researched. I can't properly make or receive calls because the screen goes black. i can't see who's calling in or put it on speaker or where to do anything on the screen. Just got the phone exactly 1 month ago.
