Need to upload photos better. Doesn't upload photos well over data and need a good wifi connection to upload photos. Needs better compression of photos to upload photos faster.

we should be able to turn off gps for those that do not use this function. i have to click 2 extra buttons each time i change status. it is annoying and unnecessary. also i should be able to add a $ value to misc parts used. currently the only place i can add a value as a tech is in purchase order space. this makes it very difficult if office people do not know what or how much a part is.

At first the app seemed a little intimidating. However throughout the years of using TA it has been great & the improvements made to it have been refreshing. I wish my company would stick with this Service & app instead of switching to STitan. Tech Anywhere has a lot of capabilities as long as your company is willing to use them. The work orders & quotes sent to the customer are very detailed & professional. Also love the deep integration with XoI. I will definitely miss using this platform!

It is a far superior app compared to FS ELITE!! It has some issues functioning in remote areas w.o. cell service. But is pretty straight forward.Please add a function for FIELD TECHS to UNDO common mistakes such as mis selecting job status AFTER receipt submittal,edit work preformed,P.O.calculations,needless payroll corrections and work order re-submittal. A 5 minute grace period to allow proof reading,would save millions in the field/office labor.thus putting a halt to chain mail/calls of shame

I previously wrote a review and gave specific examples of things to fix and most were, so that's a plus! As a way to make the app slightly more efficient to use I would change the default Unapplied Labor Pay type to Travel from Shop-Service. We spend most of our day driving around to multiple places and only go to the shop maximum twice a day so I am constantly going to that drop down menu. Maybe I'm the only one, but do it as a favor to me if no one else objects!

The app itself works great. But I do have some input on something that should be added. I do service and a lot of the units or equipment don't have any issues so at times I'm stuck writing that the unit is in good shape over and over. It would be nice to have a multi selection tool that would write that in on multiple units/equipment that you highlight yourself. Such as writing it in the work performed or recommendations. But that's just my input. Please write back and tell me what you think

I've tried being really patient but this new update is absolutely terrible. It will not sync. It constantly locks up. I have to go in and clear all data and then reenter the host name to get it to sync. As soon as I try to complete another work order, it locks up again. I don't know if some one can help me with this but it's been doing it for over a month and I am super annoyed.
