This app is horrible. The app always freezes and glitches when you use a drop down menu. Also always have issues logging out and then you get phone calls in the middle of the night from PAG.
New version is very solid.
If there was lower than one star it would get it. Never works, slower than slow, crashes, and actually just doesn't work.
Horrible app, always freezing, have to log out and log back in, tickets take forever to get approved and days to log back out.
App doesn't send sms updates despite having that enabled across the board in my settings... but texts me every time I use it telling me to use app....
This app is so painfully slow and glitchy! Absolutely would not use it if it was not required.
App wont update and now I cant even log in or out. Uninstalled TechInsights and now it wont install at all (Perfect!!)

Would be nice to have a tool that gives information on alarms, some of the alarms have never been seen before and they are listed in such a way that makes it confusing. Also would be nice to integrate a text box to where you could talk to team if needing assistance.
