A pain in the Ass. I don't want the App but it keeps popping up, I can only image if it was down load probably worse. Very Thirsty.

Great service. really helped me out with answering some difficult technical questions.
Service suddenly went out without warning, and I figured the problem was with the signal from my service box to the hub after troubleshooting, so I figured I'd try to use this app to find a way to get in contact with Verizon to schedule a technician visit. Not the case as this app just directed me to a customer service number. Not really considering using this app again if it's that roundabout. Uninstalled.
