Tecno Spot

The worst thing is that it updates itself and install some apps like Moj and MX Takatak which I don't even want and then I can't even delete it. It decreases my space too. Please tell a way to delete this apps and stop this update. Another thing, when any call comes up on my phone, it doesn't show the bar where we accept or decline the call. Kindly tell the solution to this too.

Dear tecno! I am user of tecno products. But there are some little problems it faces; 1. Fingerprints doesn't use while opening the phone and picking incoming calls. 2. During both calling the sensor doesn't functionable ( it may be covered by glass). Please drop your technical option that solve the problems. My current phone is Spark 7.

Very bad experience since I'm T-SPOT Member. Can not switch country, can not delete messages, mark all as read option not available. Auto loading post, messages, notifications not available. You have to swipe up to load next page.

Very bad,I have a Tecno camo 15 air and it has so many issue, 1.when I call someone the screen becomes black 🖤 and I have to beg the person to end the call after conversation 2.low speaker quality. 3.lack of proper update for Tecno phones and OS update,all you people care about is making new phones without OS in feature. 4.so many blotwares in the phone

System update upgraded version to 12, however, since the update, my front flash option when performing video call via WhatsApp or any other app (at night) wouldn't function only when you use the camera app for pictures or videos. Please rectify fault...thank you.

I m surprised how Techno company can make such a silly and stupid mistake. They given everything best in their phone Camon 18P but sound quality is so so bad and volume also very low. I bought this phone today morning and I m going to return back it now. You can't hear the sound it's too low and bad quality. Guys don't buy this phone Techno Don't do such silly and stupid mistake. Follow redmi and other companies. Take a lesson from them and give at least respectable sound quality.

I've not been able to register or use the app anytime I open the app it just keeps moving from page to page on its own accord, rendering it useless

Phone is great, but has loads of bloatware like this app. We can't uninstall them, and even worse can't disable notifications.

Bad experience it is not opening . Just opening as a hacked app not in my controll screen is staying in 1 place auto running I have not wording how to describe my problem

The platform is now complete with private conversation space, favorite tabs are just clicked and the rest of information is accessed in marvelous and professional way I love 💕 it and hope all will have the same experience

It was a wonderful experience using Tecno spark series , until my last update you removed the screen spilt feature..

There are a lot of ads coming no matter what I use and the ads start appearing in the game too please find a solution.

Still some apps and softwares stuck while using, hear it plz many customers / users have spoken a lot about the same problems, your hav to fix them, even if not, atleast feedbacks rather your quietness

I just say this is a good app to keep me updated. I hope that there is a latest upgrade android version of tecno pova phone 6/64 variant

It was nice . But hard to update my phone plz tell me from where to update my phone it always show to update , when I clicked for update it doesn't show anything .plz tell me or solve this problem

It's a great mobile but when I play pubg its lag a lot it work great 2 months but then it's start lagging not a good processor of mobile

Hey shalltry group, i am using Tecno Pova smartphone, App tecno spot, It gives error on WiFi, your network is not smooth, my WiFi speed is12MB/s and download rate is 1.6 MB/s why is it giving this error in start, before update was working.

I have a problem on setting ringtone songs from my music,help me fix it,it only allows the phone ringtones which are boring,tecno f3

This new UI is amazing but only to look at (if you're lucky enough). This is because the update has made the app completely unusable. It sometimes fails to start on the first launch, 'Me' section is not accessible, pictures are not loading, interactions are completely disabled. Nothing is working. I'm sticking to the website for now.😞

By mistake I have delete my fingerprint option, there are no option to reinstalled.

I have tecno Spark 6.purchased on 14august2022 from Jaipur Rajasthan from Satyam mobile shop Jayant Market. But since 9 month's I'm constantly facing problem. 1) when someone calls, I cannot hear ringing sound. 2) sometimes ringing is heard but bar of accept and decline don't appear, due to which I have to wait until ring stops and to do call from my side. 3)last year I went to Shop 3 time's, n told my problem, dealers behaviour was very bad, he was scolding,

App crashes all the time, can't comment on anything cause it loads forever. Search icon doesn't work. As soon as I click on it,screen goes dark nd app crashes again. No problem with my device, all other apps on it,works perfectly fine. Just this one acting like it has major bug issues.
