TED Masterclass

The app is very poorly made, one of the only apps on my phone with which i have so many problems! I cant seem to go to the next page, it blacks out, it asks me to type something but doesnt not allow me to, I am really surprised, especially since i saw that it took 2 years to make and i am usually very impressed by the quality of ted. I read that there is now a desktop app and i thought it would solve my problems, but only wierd websites seem to be offering the download, lets see if that makes it better!

The video takes so long to load I thought it wouldn't load at all. Finally it began, on low resolution like 240p. Then it stuttered a several times, and few seconds later stopped. Not sure I would want to buy the course if I can't even watch it... Hope it gets fixed soon!

I can't work out if this is a one off payment for life? Or an annual fee? Or something else? I reached out via the support link but no reply? And I can't work out how much content there is? I don't mean time we spend working on exercises, I mean unique video content dedicated to the app (not just links to YouTube videos). I'll update my score once I know and either purchase the app or not.

Having issues with the app, emailed for help, responded to a reply immediately when further questions were asked... still waiting for help. This was 5 days ago. Shocking service. I've updated my review. It was sorted out, your staff made every effort to solve my issue and I am now able to use the app. Thank you.

I can't sign in the app, and the permissions it takes to let you install this app are too much. using camera and changing USB data have no relevance to the service it is going to provid !!

Awesome series! Well worth it and very informative, it would be nice if they develop a voice pattern AI to help give beginners some tips but still a solid 5 stars. Feel like I'm gonna rock my presentation now.

Even the TED YouTube channel said that the courses are free to view. You have a choice to purchase it. But i can only preview it. Seems like a very low level marketing gimmick and use of deception.

I'm so excited to learn how to talk in front. But I get more disappointed knewing that TED MASTERCLASS need a payment. I thought that it's just a learning education without a payment. I just want to get a confidence to talk.

This is a great course and the app is beautifully designed! I've been speaking in public for years and this course is helping me rethink my whole approach. Love experiencing some of the TED "secret sauce"!

These lessons gave me clarity and new insight about sharing my ideas. Also it really helps me to learn and practice it on my own pace. Thank you! I really appreciate Ted masterclass! Hope others may also discover this gift.

The proceeds go to the Ted Ed initiative, so, as a leader of a Ted Ed Club at my secondary school, may I request we be able to access the course for free (not for life, just the period during which we're planning, scripting etc)? The cost is slightly extortionate for a teenager, and I really think this app would accompany the leader's guide book well, and make saving ideas alot easier.

Fantastic resource to understand public speaking. I highly recommend the course. Also it is moderately priced for the value we get.

It is really helpful and it gives me a boost of confidence in making my talks. Thank you! I recommend this on those who are planning to make a talk or organize their ideas.

Great initiative but should not the course be free for students at least or some discount, not every student can afford this high course fee. It's about people who have money will attract money .

the videos in the app discontinue in the middle and become a full black screen, am I the only one to have this problem, try so many times , is it a problem of my phone or....?

I will always be with Ted. The pricing might be cheap for the first world contries. But for the third world, it's weigh too high. We want to access that education, but most of us cannot afford it. I hope you will consider my words.

Very useful, though much more pricey than I imagined. It's all going to a good cause, so I can donate to charity and learn

This app doesn't have subtitle for videos. Why?

Did not like that the course was over $80. The app is free but cannot access the course without paying.

Wasted 30mb downloading the app. You could have stated that the course is paid, before we download and signup for the app

I love how much you learn with this course. It helps a lot having the book too.

I know they are great courses but you have to pay, I get that its basically a donation to Ted cause they have a free education policy but Ted should really try to make it free so that Ted's real goal be achived

I uninstalled it. Couldn't even sign up with my email even though my email is valid.

Pointless app most of the stuff you see on either you can find free everywhere else

I'd like to see lessons and support TED but I live in Turkey and dollar equals to Turkish Liras is mess. I hope you could make some adjustments throughout the countries so as students we could see the lessons and support you.

I must say there are lots of resources at fraction of cost compared to different so called masters are charging people and If you develop your ideas, you can definitely bring out your best version by step-by-step progress methodology.
