it was really bad , i have an andriod phone .. i am playing weakly challanges and all the above tasks i have been cleared but when it cones to the adds once , it was not responding anything , after watching so many of adds it was not showing any adds count because of it , i am not getting my weakly rewards . resolve it fast .
Apps keeps on stopping, not able to do any activity, someone is playing scripts or something please look into this... Exactly at the time of winning app stops.. when we close and open again it works....
Refund ₹118 ASAP. Was trying to purchase chips but it popped up declined payment . So I kept trying only to learn later that my balance has been deducted from my account but no chips. No text from the bank or from your end about the deduction. Therefore, kindly refund the said amount ASAP. I believe there is transparency here and genuine cause. Thank you.
The app has become very buggy. Viewing ads but not getting rewards. After viewing 8 ads the bar isn't getting full. Viewing ads for double bonus but not getting rewards.

Its a good game but there are alot of cheaters in rummy, thats the reason why i rated 2*. And the task are all easy but when we reach the last task its sometimes impossible to complete it so i urge the team to fix it.if there was an option to report the cheaters that will be very useful.
Yesterday I had 5+ cr and when I left the table it was showing only 24 lacs, after writing 2 mails to support team. Today a message was on app that there was a server issue and they sent 3.5 lacs for compensation. That's completely unfair. Return my chips then I'll change my ratings. Looking forward for a response from support team.

They pin point a particular player and block his account manually. They have not any automatic system. They never block cheaters. They block only innocent players.This is very bad experience to play this game

Dear Team, I hope you are doing well. There are some problem to play this game. Firstly, I would like to say that after exit the table the video starts automatically. This is very annoying for us. Secondly, there are 20 videos. But all the times the videos play but not rewarded. I hope these problem will be solved as soon as possible. Waiting for your kind consideration. Thanks, Shamim
