Pretty good but lately, having start up issues. Throws an error and removes saved log in credentials. Then it gets stuck until I restart the app. Second time it works. Been happening everytime for a couple of months now. Maybe since pandemic.

It's pretty clunky. You can't get credit card account info easily; it's not very intuitive. The only thing it offers over simply bookmarking the website on your mobile browser is fingerprint sign-in.

Key important options are missing from this version of the app when using it from my Samsung phone. I am unable to set up auto payments or transfer money from checking acct to auto payment. Very frustrating.

I installed it and it would never open. I kept getting a message saying app closed. I uninstalled it, restarted my phone phone, turned it off completely and still it kept closing.

The app is great. Love it, I can do whatever I have to with no problems. The app also will have a notification if something will not be up and available when working on them.

The app is easy and helps a lot. Accessing the menu and credit card could be a little better.

I didn't like the upgrade/changes at first, but did actually realize it made navigating quicker.

The only issue I have is that you do not offer the zelle service. I find it easy to use and gives me access as needed.

With the biometrics log in for security and ease of use makes me glad I bank with TEG This app is great for me, I can look and check all my banking in a snap

Interface is extremely user friendly. Very easy to navigate

app used to work great with no problems. now it never lets me login. just keeps sayong loading and never loads.

Overall it is a good app. However the billpay section does not always work espically when you go to the bill pay site.

fast and easy just like I like it. just wish I could make notes on each transaction for my record keeping.

After logging in, stuck on loading screen. Won't work on my new Galaxy s10.

I love this app!! I do 90% of my banking on it, with very few hiccups!! Highly recommend.

Clear, concise, secure.Just dont like ads but these aren't bad if I have to have them.
