This is a really useful app and the 2022/04/26 update is working good enough. Its necessary to note the users when an update is needed, instead of saying something like"Connection is not possible, go use the SMS channel!"
5 star for your effort and helping the bus users. But a direction feature for navigating between point A to B and keeping the information most up-to-date is essential.
Before the covid, I Would use this app all the time I wanted to use the bus in Tehran. But unfortunately, it is not functional anymore...
Navigation and bus stop schedule doesn't work
Server connection issue is now resolved and it works perfectly.
Even after the recent update it does not work! This recent update only shows a pop-up which claims that app cannot connect to database and user must call related organization!
It doesn't work anymore, just shows that "unable to reach the data base, you can get the information via text message" , and text message doesn't work too.
It really helped me! But I have a problem. Do you see the grey part in second picture that estimates your arrival time to next stations? I dont have that part anymore, it was there before, but now it has been disappeared! I really need it! I reinstalled the app, but it didnt work! Can you help me fix this?

It was working like charm, but now It doesn't work anymore as they said the transportation administration doesn't feed them with data anymore. meanwhile the web application doesn't work too.
The new update allows the estimation of time of arrival after been removed for a while
It used to work fine, I reinstalled it and now keeps showing "unable to connect, check your internet connection".
It's not working any more. Just tell get the information by sending text message. And that's not working too. It seems that is a central issue
This application really surprised me. It's really helpful and informative and user-friendly. If you tend to take a bus to your destination like me, then this application is the ultimate guid for you in Tehran.

Arrival time display has been disabled for more than 3 weeks and it is still!

It's so disappointing that app isn't work anymore despite the last update. I used to use it a lot in order to estimate the exact time of bus arrivals but now even the sms servis is not working anymore. I was a serious public transportation user in Tehran in spite of the low quality of service just by the help of this app which is now disabled and can not access to it's database! THIS IS IRAN AND WE ALL KNOW THAT!
