TEKNO/TEKSTA is a real robot who responds to your voice, actions, motions, lights, sounds and even this app. Thanks to his artificial intelligence program, the T.Rex will bark, cry, whine and change his eye patterns in ways to show how he's feeling.
He also has state-of-the-art sensors to know if he's being pet, fed, talked to, andplayed with. He will fall asleep when the sun goes down and will wake up happy to see you. In short, he acts just like a real T.Rex.
The T.Rex features hand gesturing control. With simple movements of your hand, you can command him to stop, sit, and throw a bone. But, deep inside his programming, TEKNO/TEKSTA is still an 8 week old T.Rex.

The audio receiver is in the nose. Many unbranded tablets have a quiet volume, so need to be very close, and pointed straight at the nostrils. Turn volume up if it is not responding. Had to work with it for about 20 minutes to work out all the features and teach my son.
Very disappointed 9 year old on Xmas day. What a load of rubbish

Doesent connect to trex
This app like the toy should be great but it's not. The commands only seem to work once out of every 5 trys and it gets frustrating after a while. Overall the app and toy are more gimmicky than fun.
Great toy responds to commands 100percent of the time. A tip for those say its rubbish, hold your phone/tablet only a few centremeters away from dino and have the speaker facing it.
Tried on two different devices. It hardly ever makes the t rex do anything. Junk
Bought the toy for my son at Christmas. I don't recommend anyone else doing so. The toy is extraordinarily limited and the app hardly enhances its functions. One for the bedroom shelf, Toy Story fans.
So disapointed. In the product as a whole hard enough to get the trex to do anything let alone the app couldnt gerlt it do anything.
Does not communicate with TRex. Utter junk, much like the TRex itself. Disappointing product and app. Will try and get a refund
Such a shame - this could have been great, but it hardly ever works making the t-rex toy just a random noise making thing.

Tried over and over to re install app, but it never works, so really the robot t-rex doesn't do much without the app. Very frustrating!!!!
It's ok but took ages to download
I love it for no reason, but it's soooooo cute!!!!!
The TRex toy is good however you are also buying into the ability to use it with the app... So why does it keep crashing and importantly why isn't anyone from the company answering the reviews. This is disappointing and shows they don't care. I get so fed up with manufactures like this, all they want to do is take your money and end up not delivering on advertised promises... Poor show :-(
