Sick of this app not working. I havent been able to check my account properly for a while now, and I have never been able tonuse the website since joining Telco. If I can't get either to work, I'll have to look for other options. Every time I try to log in, it blanks out, then goes right back to the same log in screen, without the log in info I put in.
Great banking app! Very quick, concise and easy to use for checking balances, making transfers between accounts, making payments, etc.
The app is pretty good and intuitive but... where's the mobile deposit? Evey other bank app I've ever used has a free mobile deposit option for checks. With Telco I have to pay $2.50 a month for the "option" to have mobile deposits? Some how this pretty common, useful, and virtually common place piece of banking in the year 2021, isn't freely offered. Had I know this when I was looking at banks to switch to, I'd never have moved my money here.
Application works as expected. Graphics and tabular numerical information are clearly and neatly displayed without unnecessary clutter.
There could be a little more ad fat ad options such ad change of address etc on the mobile app. The online abilities are excellent and no problems whatsoever. 👍
They are wonderful there I'm just able to can't get out and walk in for a lot of things that I need to be walking in for her and they let me do it through the window that is a very good group only on tunnel road love you guys keep a good workout
Super easy to use and navigate! Easiest app ever! Transfers between accounts is super fast and instant. Couldn't be happier!
I like the detail available with the website login but the download app is great for a fast check. Website is better for fund transfer though.
Everything is easy to do and simple. The only thing to do that sometimes is difficult is finding the rewards to redeem points.
I love this app. Can do just about all my banking through app. But I have noticed in last 2 or 3 weeks it has been slow about giving correct balances. Love the app though.
I have racked up NSF fees... Example: 24.99 in bank. Debit for 25.00 . Now negative .01. Then another attempt from auto bill to collect payment... Another $25 fee, and another...Direct deposit hits at midnight and just like that, I have no money to pay the bill that was 24.99!
Worked until last update. Can not log in, even after uninstalling the app and reinstalling it. Telco tried helping over the phone, but I still can't log in.
The app is really easy to use so far and I like the bank itself, nice friendly staff and the fees are not too high. I also like the rewards program.
Can't change your personal info or access the full site like the previous version. Just too basic really for me....but still good for just quick and fast access
It's a great, secure app that allows me to keep tabs on my financial end of things....everything depends on how much money you have to work with...this simplifies my life!
I want to be able to see what I'm typing when I do my password to login and nobody answers the phone at all ever. We should be able to have artistic debit cards instead of plain customer service is non-existent
This is a member base bank. The committee really cares about it's members and does a lot for them in a time of need. The public need more Banks like this! Your credit shouldn't always determine whether or not if you can make a major purchase. Sometimes you need an institution to look at your cercumstances and that's what Telco does!!!
Very user friendly. I am not tech savvy but your site is very helpful and easy-to-use. I actually had a local Teller at Telco help me set it up. I love my Telco Bank!
App works really well... in the 4 plus years that I have had it, I've never had any glitches or issues.
Have to login twice on two different face pages, before getting to account page. That is if it doesn't block you out.
This app is easy to use, can't deposit a check or send money to outside parties. Maybe some other permissions are required.
App works pretty well. Needs a few features, like scheduling transfers.
Easy to use. Was disappointed though that you have to pay to do check deposits through your cell phone.
Still disappointed. Let's be very clear. I think app has made dramatic improvements and have moved into the 21st century. With that being said though, its new look and function take some getting used too if you're use to the old look and feel of the old app. BUT CHANGE IS GOOD. The reason for the low score is because I've been asking for Samsung Pay to be added to Telco for over 5 or 6 years and 3 smart watches later and still no responses. Not everyone has an Apple and for me, It's Samsung.
