I received an email this app is being updated on 1/21/2020.... "Following this update, you will have the ability to view check images and e-statements and can schedule transfers on your mobile device. The latest version 2.1 will correct the transaction viewing for Android users." I am going to update my app After 1/21/20 to the 2.1 version to see if it fixes my issue.
The new update is awful! It keeps scrolling down to transactions from last month and it won't let me see anything current! I've reinstalled it and still does not work properly!
Can't scroll the transaction summary anymore. app autoscrolls to the very bottom of the list and won't let you scroll back up. No contact information available for the developer to report the issue.
The app scrolling issue was fixed! Make sure you're using the latest version. It's nice how fast you can look up balances and deposit checks.
Ever since the latest update the app automatically scrolls down to the previous 30 days, and when I try to scroll back up it scrolls itself back down again. I can't check my transactions for this current month at all.
as everyone else has stated the App scrolls on it's own and wont let you review anything. Used to be able to atleast navigate and now that's not even possible. PLEASE FIX!

Page for account details never fully loads and pending vs applied transaction isn't accurate compared to web browser application.
The new updated version is much better but does not show any pending transactions.
Good but has issues. Account transactions don't load so I can't view history.
app scrolls to the bottom so you cannot see your latest transaction please fix not very useful
Cant look at statements. Goes blank then automatically scrolls to the bottom.
Always having problems with it. People at Telco don't know what they are talking about!

When you TRY to scroll, it automatically goes to the very bottom and then from the bottom all the way to the top. App not very useful any more.

Mobile banking fails on picture taking. Longer business checks can not identify checking/routing information.
Worst ever, can't get the tellers at the physical bank to provide my correct information so that I may access online. Trouble trouble
I have used this app for many years, it has normally worked very well but as of the last month or so it does not load all transactions only the pending ones. I am still rating at 5 stars because it normally works well but wanted to bring this to the creators attention to hopefully get a fix for the issue. Other than this I have always loved the app, the ease of the mobile deposit feature, the accuracy of the balances etc...
