Installed the app, loged out, opened the app later and it asks to create a wallet again...I try it and it generates a "No local Key Signing found on your device Error"... WHY??? Shouldn't I just be able to log back in without being prompted to setup a new wallet again? Now I can't get back into my wallet...what if I get a new device?? I should be able to log back in with my phone number and PIN....Devs Rectify this ASAP.

Excellent customer service, fast responses I'm now up and running with this cool wallet, all that's missing is the fiat on/off ramps. Which is coming soon !

Remittances...what a disgusting premise. Why does this project gear it's services towards sending money from host countries to parasite countries? Shouldn't it just be send funds anywhere in the world? Remittances destroy economies of the host country almost as bad as the immigration/welfare complex. I installed this app just so I could leave a review and will be uninstalling immediately.

Never had any issues depositing crypto or trading between crypto. Haven't tried loading from FIAT yet, as that function not available in my area yet.

Edit: The Devs had this fixed within 24hours! When the app crashed, I sent the report as well, so not sure if this or that was effective. Changed my rating from 1 to 4 stars. Thank you Crashes Often At first the app wasn't allowing new applicants due to high volume, and tried again every day till I got through. After adding my identity to be verified, the app crashed and cannot open it after closing background app and restarting. App wil no longer load on my Sam Note 20

I had forgotten my security code that I had setup using the v1 Telcoin app. I asked Telcoin team for help and I got back access to my account in no time with continuous follow up from the Telcoin team. The way Telcoin team is working gives me immense confidence in the project

The app will not verify my identity. The face camera software makes me look like a cartoon character. Of course that isn't acceptable for KYC. Been in contact with support to get fixed. But they can not seem to fix their problems. Reply to telcoin response;01/26/2022 I do not appreciate your response. If you people think I'm so stupid as to not being in a well lit room while attempting to do the KYC process, then that clarifies why you can not develope a well functioning APP. FYI, I was outside

Not a self-custody wallet. They ask you for all your identity information so that when the government wants your cryptos, telecoin will just hand it over. Not interested in "compliance first." NEVER USE A COMPLIANT WALLET! YOU WILL LOSE YOUR FUNDS 100% OF THE TIME.

Having issues w/ deposits. 8578, 8949 (support tickets) other than that. I love TELCOIN

I purchased telcoin so i want to try the app. After doing doing the verification and completing my info i get a message that I've successfully verified and that i can already enjoy all features but after a few seconds, the screen goes back to the page where i need to enter all my info again, it just won't go away, i did it over and over. Can't do anything with the app

Not working. I'm trying to connect my US phone number and set up my wallet and I keep getting an error. 10 minutes later I get a text for each attempt I tried. But after each attempt an error message popped up and no other options were given except to click submit and try again. This lead to a bunch of texts flooding in almost 15 minutes later. What's the deal? Super frustrating.

An extremely smooth setup process, very simple to use. The interface is nice and clean with no unnecessary tabs and buttons. Feels very light but gets the job done. I can't wait for the remittance function to be enabled so I can send money cheaply to my loved ones across the globe, 24/7, in a blink of an eye.

I did verified my identity. Uploaded a valid ID and took a video selfie. I also updated personal information. And it says it's verified, now you're able to access telcoin features. BUT when I reopen the app. It says "We couldn't verify your identity. Resolve issue" You are the issue! Fix it. Don't make hassle to us and waste our time!

Uploaded my ID and filled up personal info. The app said that my ID is already verified and can access its features. But the app persistently brought me to fill up again personal info. I did the same process but it keeps me doing the same process and can't access the wallet features.

I have been trying for months, periodically trying to create an account. I would constantly get the "not currently accepting new customer" message or whatnot. Now I can't even get past the text verification screen. I will change my rating when this is fixed.

I find this app very easy to use. The user interface is simple and to the point with no extra unnecessary steps. I never found myself wondering what to do next or how to do it. The step by step process of sending Telcoin is intuitive, well thought out, and well executed. They did a great job with this wallet and I can't wait to see the future updates and especially use their remittance service to send money abroad.

Telcoin has been stuck on v3 for ages with no update or any communication from the team... thought it was going to be a lot better

I'm disappointed that they made me do cradientials which defeats the purpose of decentralization and I hate that I can't mine Telcoin on the app.

This app is awesome! Design very good and user friendly, I can compare with other apps for remittance and Telcoin looks much better! Plus fees really low and it takes only few seconds(5-10) to receive money after someone send it to you! 5/5, good job guys!

Can't get past verification. Error message and most recently it doesn't even send a verification code when I input my phone number. It's been over a week and still no fix. This app is garbage.

As for now app is working great....but need on/off ramp here in Pakistan .....will thia be available in Pakistan?

All works good, future of mobile money here.
